I was recently in dutchess and when I say the customer service was top notch I believe the young gentleman that helped me was Jay Jay. He help me choose what I wanted and was so knowledgeable. He made the experience make me want to shop there all the time especially if he is there!

Destiny was amazing!! She answered all of the questions I had and was super high energy and welcoming. The business is a woman owned and ran dispensary which is awesome! They have free parking for up to 1 hour in the parking garage behind the dispensary which is so convenient. Hopefully whoever handles raises and promotions sees the reviews because Destiny needs a promotion for her awesome customer service! Will definitely be back especially since they have such good deals.

11/12/24 Edit: changed from 3 to 5 Star Customer Service got in contact with me and fixed my issue and when I returned to the store I was treated very well and was not given any problems. Will shop here again soon!
I like the rebranding and the in store customer service was great but one of the carts I purchased was no good and will not work with two different batteries I tried. I have reached out by phone and emailed and have yet to get a response or replacement etc not happy with my experience so far.

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and the staff was amazing and extremely helpful! Destiny met me at the kiosk and helped me navigate through the menu, and recommended some amazing product . She was extremely helpful with all my questions. This place is definitely a vibe and I will be going back!

Omg I LOVE this place. Today B was super extremely helpful, honestly everyone is always so helpful there. B suggested a bunch of stuff and listened to all my annoying questions. The cashier hooked me up with a bundle I didn't know about. Honestly I can't stop raving about this place. They let me bring my dog and he loves going and also loves everyone there. It's my kind of place and it should be yours too!
