Anne & Kate curate a great selection of athletic wear! The staff are FAB w/ assisting w/ shoe fittings! If you need a little piece of (most likely locally made) jewelry, Lively Athletics has that too!

Lively is owned by two sisters who grew up in the neighborhood and are incredibly knowledgable about fitness and gear, are well-loved and respected in the community, and have made it their goal to support women in their lives and their fitness endeavors. I love all their merchandise, their service is the best around, and their story is inspiring. We are lucky to have them! They also have the greatest kids shoe shop and their staff is so patient and attentive. My entire family loves shopping here.

Lively is the BEST. I will go in for one needed item and also walk out with 3 other things that are perfect for me. All suggested because they take the time to know their customers. And I feel good spending my dollars there knowing that Anne and Kate also invest heavily in local charities and the community.

Went on there with a gift card but will definitely be coming back to buy more. I went in for basic black leggings and it was easy to get help. The person who was helping me collected 3 options which were all great in their own ways, pockets, material, thickness and utility. I was impressed that everything I saw was high quality. They have a shoe, men's and kids section too as well as extras like jewelry and odds and ends. Great spot for Christmas gifts!
