They are not good at communication. Still waiting on a status about my 2021 taxes despite multiple attempts to find a resolution. For how much I paid them, I would expect them to care a little more and provide appropriate information regarding my situation. I regret doing business with them

I have worked with Leonard & Associates for over 10 years! They are wonderful firm that know the tax industry like the back of their hands. I have saved so much money since I made the switch. They know how to get the job done! I highly recommend them for any bookkeeping or accounting needs.

Read the reviews. Not really sure why people were upset. The situations that were written were not my situations. My experience here was great. Very nice people. I really appreciated the tax advice. They even had candy waiting for me when I entered. I recommend everyone go here. I even gave two recommendations to my family. Great job!

Worst company I have ever dealt with! They didn't tell me I had a $6k payment going out with my payroll. Then when I tried finding out what was going on I had to fight them to get a response. Then they said they were going to reverse it without explaining it to me or even asking me what I wanted to do. 2 weeks later they completely missed my payroll and my team woke up not getting paid and it was a mess.Then I got charged $147 a payroll tax adjustment without letting me know. The owner Michael has not reached out once or shown any care that his company was messing with a paying customer. I am no longer a paying customer for this company, and would recommend that you find another accountant than use this company.

I am so impressed. I was on a tight turn-around with needing information to finish some legal paperwork. My CPA had a family emergency and had to cancel my scheduled appointment. I contacted Leonard & Associates CPA's (because of what I'd read on Yelp). They made time for me. Again - on a tight time schedule. I spoke with Michael Leonard and he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. So easy to speak with and knowledgeable. I so much appreciate his making the time for me. Also, a huge thank you to the person I first spoke to when I called the office. I did not get her name. So nice! I will definitely recommend Michael Leonard to anyone who needs assistance.

Leonard and associates are one of the best in the business at what they do I came in contact with the company in March of 2020 when I first started my lawn care business Michael's wife came across one of my business cards and they gave me the opportunity to showcase my work when I did a mulch job for them Michael liked my work and offered to help me get my LLC for my business that day I learned it's not about how hard you work it's s the relationships you make. Michael Leonard is extremely knowledgeable about what he and his company has to offer if you need help filing your taxes for your business personal taxes getting your LLC I highly recommend Leonard and associates

Michael Leonard began working on my taxes in 2015. He has done a remarkable job, asking questions, explaining things, and has been much more efficient that any box tax preparer I've used in the past. The firm's pricing has been comparable to previous tax preparers I have previously seen. Now that I use an actual accounting firm, when I have question, I have an actual person to contact year-round! Leonard and Associates are one of the best in the business I started a lawn care business in March 2020 when I lost my job for two weeks before they Dubbed who was considered essential. mr. Leonard's wife came across one of my business cards and gave me a chance to show case my work I did a mulch job for him and and he liked my work and that same day helped me get my LLC for my business CHAMPION LAWN SERVICE LLC. He's extremely knowledgeable about everything that is company has to offer. If you're in need of business taxes personal taxes or getting your LLC for your business he's the guy to contact. A lot of times its not about how hard you work it's the relationships you make. It was a great experience working with Leonard and associates CPAs. I highly recommend them.

Michael has been doing my taxes for the last 2 years. He has always been conscientious of my concerns and questions. I never leave feeling like my taxes weren't done by the best! He's super knowledgeable. I can not thank the receptionist enough for always making sure that i can get my appointments in by the time i need to get things done. Both receptionist were so nice and so helpful.
