I have attempted to get my blood drawn twice and now have to come back a third time. If your doctor sends labs to LabCorp, this is on the 5th floor of the Rush Oak Park outpatient building, NOT the hospital lab, which is on the ground floor of the hospital. The employees make no differentiation on the phone or in person when you try to ask for help. LabCorp has shorter hours than the hospital lab AND they won't even see you within their hours if it's too close to closing time - blamed it on their courier. I now have to leave work early for the THIRD time to attempt to get a routine blood draw.

I arrived at 11:40am. Twenty minutes before closing, but well within the posted hours 8-12pm. I was told that they cannot accept me because their courier is coming in 20 minutes. This is not acceptable. I was the only person at the lab. Blood withdraw takes 5 minutes. Please be respectful of people’s time. Either adjust your hours on website or the time your courier arrives.

i have been here twice to get bloodwork and a drug test for school and in both visits the care and service has been exceptional. Both appointments took no longer than 10 minutes, and the clinic is very clean, staff is friendly. Daija was my phlebotomist and when i tell you her taking out my blood felt like i feather on me im not exaggerating. thank you to Odessa being great in the front desk too. I will be returning and recommending this lab to others

I arrived within 15 minutes of my appointment and was told that I wasn't in their system, that I did not have a reservation. I did not think at that time that I had a confirmation number. And so I left. When I got home, I realized that I did have a confirmation number. What a waste of time!!!

AWFUL! An Arab gal refused to allow me to get blood drawn because the Dr.’s order had my nickname Toni & insurance has Antonia full name. It should have been no issue since I showed my license & she sees me in person. She just didn’t want to do it. My Dr’s nurse was livid!! She called the Labcorp regional manager to complain about her & my nurse said I shouldn’t have been turned away over this. My nurse told Labcorp reg mgr this gal needs sensitivity training & to be retrained or let go. The hospital lab took me & said what that gal did was unacceptable & unprofessional.

So impolite. No customer service or people skills. The staff just seems annoyed. Would never go here again for lab work.
