I had an issue with a small balance (less than $100). Rather than rectifying the issue Mr. Chavez did what was easier for him and NOT necessarily deemed correct. Mr. Chavez lacks ethics and transparency. This is clearly not someone I would trust with any financial services period.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Enza kind of hold my hand through every single situation that came across me over the last year plus and I can tell you that she cares deeply for your concerns. Anything I know about insurance, I’ve learned from her. She is patient, caring, and a bad a**!!! She has advocated for me since the beginning and with her and this office…. I feel like I’m not alone with this insurance stuff that I had to learn of the fly. Thanks to everyone at the Jose Chavez office but surely, especially Enza! Thanks a million. You deserve a raise!
