Very rude bakery department, ruined my don birthday experience, barkery worker was not friendly , down right disrespectful, after i may a week before , they called at @ 8.30 am , claiming i did not pay for the cake , i had to search for the receipt and text it to her , i would never shop at the bakery dept again , nobody know what they are doing there

Someone here stole $145 of my cash from my ebt and I needed that to buy my kid diapers and etc. you idiots are ridiculous!!! SCAMSSSSS!! Act like we don’t know the location! I am in a damn shelter in nyc and never been here before!

I have been shopping at this store for 10 years and today I experienced the rudest person ever. I checked out through the self check out lane with some beer and the flashing lite said a customer service person would be over to check ID, I waited at least a couple of minutes while the employee was 3 feet away, and the line was getting longer, finally he said after 2 minutes I’ll come over as soon as you pull your ID out “it’s Common sense” well I’m 64 so I shouldn’t have to ask him to come over if he wanted to see my ID then the proper way to handle is to come over and say can I see your ID. The person’s name is Terrel , if he is a reflection of your employees then I won’t be back.

AVOID- PROFILING MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES.I live 5 minutes away from this grocery store and I can confidently say I will NEVER be returning. Upon arriving I was stared down by 2 employees. I thought that was just me overthinking things, I continued on. About halfway through the store I noticed another employee and the manager following me. I was looking at myself, did I do something wrong here? I kept trying to ignore it but near the end of the store the manager following me was nearly 5 feet behind me. I turned to him and asked "sir are you following me?" He said "nope just walkin my store." I continued to the checkout line and saw him over my shoulder watching me pay. I walked out of the store with 4 employees standing there by the exit doors. As I was pulling out, the cart lady (with no carts) blatantly walked in front of my car and stood there for 20 seconds? I was thinking are they trying to catch me doing something???? I couldn't be more relieved leaving and NEVER EVER RETURNING.I'm a 30 year old Caucasian women and I was profiled from the minute walking into this store. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a public setting. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a grocery store and I am reporting the manager once I have my husband go back and find out his name. I can't imagine how this feels for people of color and no one should have to experience this. I'm ashamed at myself for not telling the manager myself.
