While I was renovating, I visited JC Licht to find wallpaper to complete my project. The service I received was exceptional! Katherine was remarkable: ordering a selection of samples, helping me choose the right wallpaper, calculating the amount needed! She stayed in touch with me to follow up throughout the entire Project. She provided amazing customer service!!!

Ordered and received wallpaper from JC Lichts Oak Park. I was able to pick up the wallpaper within a week after ordering. And a bonus was that I had help carrying the wallpaper out to the car!

Who knew that all Navaho Whites are not created equal! I started my project with Rustoleum spray paint but decided to switch to Benjamin Moore Advance paint, both brands are called Navaho White. When I got home I realized the colors weren’t even close. Mike the store manager came to my rescue and remixed my quart of Benjamin Moore to match my Rustoleum Navajo White. And no extra charge. Everyone who works here is polite, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this JC Lichts in Oak Park! You made my day.

Color consult with Megan for repainting of stucco house—3 colors. Arrived on time. Charming. Very knowledgeable. Understood immediately what minor adjustments I wanted of current color scheme. Had the whole plan in place in 15 minutes and she submitted the color choices to Fortune Restoration for me. Ecstatic with the perfect service!

I hired JC Licht for a color consult for my exterior paint job this summer. It was a great experience! My consultant Megan Koralewski was so easy to work with and had a great eye for color. I loved the database they have of stucco and gutters colors that provided confidence in matching the other elements of my house. We found a combination I truly love, which went a long way toward easing my anxiety about getting the color wrong. They have such a depth of knowledge and experience that you just can't find with other companies.

Bought blinds here several times. Service was always attentive and good. I recently sent some back for repair via JC Lichtenstein. Catherine was very helpful and prompt. Blinds work well now.
