The groomers are all business with my temperamental Rescue teddy bear mix. She goes in every four months for the works when she is overgrown, shaggy with matts because she won't let me brush her. The groomers work their magic, give her a short cut in the spring and summer to keep her cool. They even add bows, bandanas if desired. It's easy to drop off, pick up a short time later, no long appts. with dog left sitting in a cage stressed, waiting to be bathed, blown dry, brushed out.

This place is terrible. I just picked up my corgi and he was shaved from head to toe. Any groomer should have general knowledge of the breed and should know they should NOT BE SHAVED. Especially right now during the snow storm. I am livid DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE EVER.

This place is Mr.Butyrrcup approved I'm pretty sure it's family run as well, he is always a happy puppy when I pick him come early it usually takes about 2 hours from dropoff to pickup which is think it's pretty fast they are great

Please listen to the reviews. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. If I could give -100 stars I would. This groomer is very incompetent. We took our corgi here for his routine wash and when I picked him up he was shaved down to the undercoat. You can imagine how pissed off I was. Any groomer with knowledge would know never to shave a corgi, especially right now in this winter? My poor baby. Please do your research and learn from my mistake trusting an incompetent, unprofessional groomer like this one. If this type of service was provided to me, I could only imagine what could happen to your dog.

I took my pup to third groomer several times giving specific instructions that I was charged for; just to find out they weren't even giving me the service. The last visit was where I drew the line. My pup was not cut properly. The cut was very choppy and uneven. Not too mention they never plucked his ears or smoothed out his nails after cutting them! The young girls that were there were very rude upon my arrival to pick him up? Overall terrible customer service and bad service for me pet. Save yourself time and money! Go somewhere else!

Quality grooming is poor. Been a frequent customer of Hector’s and this last trip was my last. My dogs fur came out chopped, uneven, and just not satisfied. I provided a picture of how I wanted her hair more or less (I know that it will never be like a picture, but something like it) and it seems like they just run through with a trimmer on a certain number. Nails weren’t cut. And just disappointed overall. I guess you get what you pay for, I prefer quality over quantity. Recommend to go elsewhere.

Hector provides great grooming services for reasonable rates. Hint weekend appointments fill fast so get there early.

Supposedly nope a at 9 on Saturdays me and my dog were waiting for 30 minutes in the cold waiting for them to open with multiple other people waiting in line. No sign was put up letting customers know they wouldn’t be open

Never Ever Ever Again!!!! I entered the grooming salon not aware several dogs would run out that weren't on a leashes. I was attacked by a man and his daughter(the owners of the dog). They followed me to the car and even my Uber driver had to make them stop. I was called racial slurs and my life was threatened and I know race was a factor to the defendants and the groomers in the salon. The owners or groomers did not intervene or help!! I've been getting my dog groomed elsewhere for years, this was my first and last time. I only went because they had appointments available. As much as I been to vets , pet stores, grooming appts, I've never seen unleashed dogs run out. First of all, it a safety issue and I should've not been attacked. Never Ever Again!!!!!!!!!!

I had a bad experience with them because his cell person took all my money out of my bank account and he got mad at me because he had to give me my money back and told me not to come back

They (HIT) dogs to make them sit, and they don’t take dogs back after they feel like the dog is to much… honestly they are overrated and ppl should not bring they dogs to them also for westside groomers checking D&D Dog Service on fb they are really good with your dogs and very well equipped to handle any dog behavior type
