I live out of state and use Garland Flowers to send flowers to family in Chicago. They are so trustworthy and their flowers are always gorgeous. Their customer service is exceptional & very accommodating. I will use them time and time again.

I absolutely love this flower shop! I came looking for single baby breathes and luckily she had some on hand. This place is so warm and cozy, love the environment as well as the owner. She was so sweet and welcoming, most definitely will be coming back.

I'm at a loss of words, this is a first. I had made an order that was not confirmed because it wasn't delivered. I called the shop and was told "we spoke with her and she said she would get them" I got a different story, so basically they got my money, didn't deliver the flowers and didn't call me back for any instructions just in case. I had to do my own follow to learn that I have been"had" and a "oh well sir, that's your lost"

We worked with Therese to put together a couple bouquets (one large for me & a mini for our daughter) and boutonnieres (one large for my husband & 3 mini for our sons) for our wedding. We wanted fall flowers, in a purple theme, featuring thistle and craspedia. What Therese created for us was so unique, beautiful, and also extremely affordable. I highly recommend Garland Flowers!

My fiancé and I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Mother's Day. I completely forgot to tell my mom to be home to accept the delivery, and so she wasn't home when it arrived. The delivery person very kindly called me. I was worried about him leaving it at the door, so he brought it back to the shop and my dad picked up the flowers later that day. It worked out perfectly. I really appreciate their flexibility and communication, rather than just leaving the flowers somewhere where they could be taken. The flowers themselves are absolutely beautiful. We got my mom her favorite -- orchids -- and she's never been more pleased with a gift! We will absolutely be ordering from here again. Excellent quality and customer service
