All my available coupons were applied. My purchases were delightfully reduced because of this. Donna the manager took her time to explain how my coupons were applied and how they can be generated to my app. I was so excited about paying way less for my beauty products. Awesome experience.

Once we waited in the drive thru for quite a while before I decided to just walk in. Glad I did, because I got my prescription a lot faster. A clean looking store. The lady behind the prescription counter was very nice.

I went to this CVS, for the first time today and the pharmacist technician ( Ivan)gave me a wonderful customer service experience.
He was very helpful and eager to help me with a choice of over-the-counter topical pain medicine.
Kudos for Ivan.

Donna was exceptional, though very busy. She handled rude customers and still reminded me about getting extra product with coupon, while I was waiting for a Lyft

This is my first time dealing with this pharmacy location. I had a loved one in need of pain meds. They first stated they had a low stock of the medication, than the excuse was the prescription was written incorrectly. We waited for over an hour. The pharmacy tech was rude, had a horrible attitude! I’ve never dealt with such horrible customer service. We literally had to drive out of our way to another CVS. Management needs to do better!! Horrible service!

Had to pick something up at the pharmacy and there were literally 6 people working behind the counter. Still I had waited 15 mins before I was helped and while I was waiting a line formed, meaning there is no sense of customer service. When can we get a Jack in the box at this location?

I went in at 7:15 for a last minute flu shot for my insurance. The pharmacy lied and said there was a "cut off" time of 7:00. Thank God I didn't take no for an answer. So I went to the CVS on Harlem and Cermak. The were so awesome! They got me in and out within 10 minutes with a flu shot.

CVS is another corporation contributing to high profits and low pay. They set their employees up to fail and it's very disturbing to watch. I can only use CVS due to my insurance. I recently made an appointment for vaccinations. I showed up 15 minutes early and was seen half an hour after my appointment time. I could understand if the pharmacy had been properly staffed. But it wasn't. You had one person both filling prescriptions, and giving vaccines. You had scheduled appointments mixed in with walking. There were lines both in the drive thru and walk in. I felt so bad for the poor woman trying to accommodate everyone. When it was finally my turn, I made sure to let her know, that I knew she wasn't responsible, and CVS set it up this way,and wants to keep it this way. And I felt so bad for her. The gratitude in her face was priceless. She responded with " Thank so much, I really needed to hear that. " I wanted to hug her. Instead I came home and posted this.
