This location wouldn't be so bad IF the pharmacy would learn to answer their phones! The CVS on Roosevelt & Oak Park is larger then this one and their pharmacy department ALWAYS answer their phones! Even if you do have to be on hold for a short period, they NEVER keep you waiting longer then 3-5 before answering your call. I'm currently on hold (still holding) and I've been waiting for someone from the pharmacy to answer my call for over an hour!!! I'm a disable person. I can't just get up and drive up there when I need help with my prescriptions; especially since there's a snow storm going on at this time.Someone, please! DO SOMETHING about this!!!!!!

Take wayyyy too long to help they client’s disrespect and rude and take too long waited 45 mins just to get my prescription that they said was ready already and was in Lyft and got my ride cancelled because of how slow they are

My usual location. Used to be so helpful and recently had awful experiences. Asked help in the front for an item that showed as in stock online, when I asked for help they "checked in the back" for all of 1 minute after the said a shipment just came in that day and then all of a sudden didn't have it. Pharmacy is even worse. Was on hold for 45 minutes, no one ever picked up to help. Don't go to this location, they won't help you.

Called the pharmacy and after waiting on hold for a ridiculous 24 minutes, they just hung up on me without anyone ever picking up. Called again and am still on hold, looks like it will be a repeat. Meanwhile you have to listen to extremely irritating "music" between advertisements and telling you that all their vaccine info is on their website. Well, it isn't. In one place they say they offer the RSV vaccine, but then it is not listed on their price chart of dozens of various vaccines. I'll give them 2 stars. But this shouldn't happen. Waited only half as long on the second call, still a bit long to wait in my opinion.

I occasionally frequent this store and generally have been treated well. However, today I had an unpleasant encounter with a young service person named Katrina, who had a condescending and hostile attitude with every interaction. The CVS management staff at this location should do a better job of training their staff.

Good attention, but it can be excellent, if only the staff were motivated to do some practices among the workers, such as games and exercises to improve human quality at work, a very tense atmosphere is felt, the workers are very new.

CVS is not the place to trust your life, they short staff and overwork their pharmacists and they are terrible about making sure you have the medications you need to stay healthy. This CVS is also short staffed up front, so I've always had a long wait to check out. Lots of things you might want to peruse and buy are locked up and it's hard to find someone who can assist you. Parking is difficult here too.

Drive Thru Pharmacy Service was Poor. Each car took 10 minutes or more which seems excessive. I was unfortunate to get to their window, exactly at 6:00pm after waiting nearly an hour. Immediately the staff put a sign in the window. I expected a staff greeting but was informed their computers shut down at 6pm.I requested a prescription over the phone on Thursday evening. It was not available until Saturday afternoon and there was no system notification, although I confirmed a text request. I spent 2 days following up for them to order and confirm my prescription. Which is essential following a dentist appointment. I now have to wait another day and it's frustrating. Wow. I would hope CVS could clear their line and take care of customers with a grace period, if needed.

Not my "usual" CVS but I was looking for some reading glasses and this one was on the way home from another spot I had visited, so it was convenient. Seemed like a larger store with wider aisles than teh one I'm used to, so I kinda liked that.Went straight to the rack with generic eyewear. Selection was good, but the variety wasn't as wide as the CVS I frequent. Nevertheless, I did find the type of reading glasses I needed. I also spotted a nice xase - mine has seen better days, so I bought that as well.I went up to check out. Aside from the pharmacy, I only saw two employees in teh store and one of them was stocking merchandise. The guy who had been at the register when I came in was helping a customer find something and progress with that appeared to be slow. I looked to my right and was relieved to see a self-checkout counter. Stepped on over and got it done.Overall, a decent experience.

Cashier was Latoya she’s very rude, she doesn’t speak, she just look at you, so unfriendly no one wants to shop where everybody got an attitude. Place needs a new crew! ASAP
