I was wrong ! I should have listen too the reviews, this pharmacy is bad and now I have to call my doctor to get a new prescription ! I will find a new cvs even if I have to drive 20 minutes away

Pharmacy staff are very nice and extremely efficient. However, It appears that they are extremely understaffed, but they do a great job trying to keep it all together.

3 stars for the limited choice of detergent and having to ask the only employee I saw, to step away from the register. I think the coupon center is a waste of space and paper. None of my coupons were able to be applied and none of my many emails were valid for today.

We had some trouble with some prescriptions that were called in from the ER and one of the pharmacists was super helpful and straightened everything out for us. She was a beakon of light in a stressful situation. Thank you, Leslie!

I'm surprised that there are so many negative reviews. You don't know how good you have it here. I had to switch from Walgreens on Halsted in the West Loop due to an insurance change. It was HORRIBLE. Try looking at those reviews! I think this CVS is great. Things are filled on time. Pick up is pretty fast. And they don't have to play mind-numbingly loud music outside to keep the riff raff away. 5 stars!
