Having ordered a stackable bookcase based on previous purchases, this one arrived with a damaged part- it took two months to rectify and if weren’t for the efforts of one individual at Crafters and Weavers— Toni, who worked diligently to get us a replacement, we’d still be waiting today.

Got 4 pieces, one had a severely damaged package (FedEx), but luckily no damage to the piece. Packaging was good and kept it safe. Their mission style tables and media consoles are really solid with no visible issues or misalignments. Very happy with the product.

Buyer Beware! We ordered and paid for a new bedroom set. It took over two months to ship. Communication was difficult. The furniture finally shipped as one piece at 850 pounds. No surprise, there was damage in transit. Toni responded that it was to be expected. After sale assistance was zero. We had to call in a furniture installer to fix two drawers that would not close properly.
The furniture is solidly built but the fit and finish are not great. One handle is crooked, some of the veneer looks odd and the finish is not smooth to the touch. This whole experience was difficult and stressful and never to be repeated. Be especially wary if you live way up here in Canada.

The product is great, but the delivery process was pretty terrible. About 2 weeks after placing my order, I received a text at 8am saying that delivery would be occurring that very night. The estimated delivery time was 8pm with a 2 hour delivery window...meaning between 8-10pm. Luckily we were home and could accept that. At about 3pm, I received a call from the truck driver saying an order had canceled, so they would be to my place more like 6pm. I read some reviews of delivery being dropped outside at 3am, so when delivery hadn't arrived yet by 7pm...8pm...I got nervous and camped out at my front window, waiting. They ended up arriving at 9pm.

Our furniture arrived with scratches and visible glue in several places. Shoddy workmanship. You should never order something online. Better to see what you are getting before buying. Offered to do nothing for us.

Don't count on delivery on time! Worst customer service! We scheduled our delivery date 3 months ago. No delivery, all feeble excuses. Buyer beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't even deserve ONESTR!

The negative reviews regarding the deliveries are spot on. We ordered a sideboard and chose the inside delivery option - we’re told that we would receive a call to schedule delivery. Did not receive a call and instead was delivered outside our door at 3:30 AM early morning! Contacted customer service and they offered to refund a measly 30$ out of the 189$ shipping fee. We had to struggle to bring the item in our home without damage. Be careful if you order large furniture from these guys.

After being assured that delivery was guaranteed and that we’d receive 24 hour notice, the driver called at 8pm to say he’d be here at 10pm. Our building does not allow night deliveries and driver agreed to return at 6am the next morning. Never showed. Crafters & Weavers uses sub contractors for deliveries and takes no responsibility. Will stop payment and completely regret this purchase.

Have no idea of furniture quality since delivery was never made. After being assured I would receive 24-48 hours notice of delivery, they called at 8pm to say delivery would be in 2 hours. Night deliveries are not allowed in the building and driver agreed to a 6 am delivery the next day. Never showed and phone was turned off.

Nasty company, a bunch of crooks. BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY. We ordered a set from them, THEY messed up and and sent MISMATCHED colors, tan and cognac. In our refund, they held back 1200 for shipping to us, for THEIR MISTAKE. Including the shipping we had to pay out of pocket to ship back to them, we are out $2400
Disgusting business, TONI Is a joke, tried getting through to everyone at that company. Stay away

I visited Crafters & Weavers display room and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their mission style solid wood furniture. The prices in store were better on the website, so if it's possible to shop in-person, it's definitely worth your while to do so.My one company is that the two salesladies manning the store were not particularly warm or helpful when it came to assisting or answering questions about the furniture.

I would Give them 0 stars I got a used couch delivered with stains and food in the cushions and it costs $2000. No one will respond

There problem is their delivery company. Their delivery company put me off 5 times, each time telling me my table would be there the next day and then texting with an excuse.
