Oak Park Main Chase closed its drive through banking. There is a drive up at Madison and Oak Park Avenue but wait lines are horrific. Also ridiculous to try to call and reach a live person for any kind of assistance. There is a Byline Bank in Oak Park that actually answers their phone! I am switching my accounts to that...

What happened to a hello? How are you? How is your day upon walking in? I will walk in the bank and tellers and bankers will one by one walk past without saying hello.
