I have had it with this awful bank service. I will be cancelling my accounts since your effin banks can't ever help me. This bank sucks!!!! LAST STRAW. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE TO NOT GO TO THIS SAID BRANCH. THANK YOU FOR NEVER BEING THERE FOR ME.

Let’s see… I need two rolls of quarters. Shouldn’t take more than a few minutes in this unnecessarily large branch of Chase, off Lake. But nope. When you arrive, there are only 2 workers at the front helping people, 3 guys up front wearing suits, just having a conversation while they’re supposed to be working, and two old men who keep walking behind the actual women working at the desks just to “check on things”. So it looks like the only people doing work are the ladies up front, and the line behind me is getting long. Finally, one of the three guys who was just chatting, as far as I know, decides to work and steps behind the counter. By then, I didn’t want that particular dude’s help, but sure, just get me out of this place.
So how many people do you have employed, and how many of those “workers” do any actual work? It’s embarrassing how long it took. Just make a machine that dispenses rolls of quarters. Then I wouldn’t have to deal with your long lines or music, or lazy employees slacking off.

Employees are rude and will make mean comments about you, to your face. Customer service and professionalism at an all time low at this branch.

This branch DOES NOT answer the phone. When the literally 1 out of 20 plus minute long attempts they do answer you are told you will be called back and it doesn’t happen. Only bank with them if you have the time and opportunity to physically visit the branch. Just tried being transferred to the branch from the 1800 number they transferred me to the automated line that hangs up on you over an hour now trying to reach the branch.

Wasted time with investor that scheduled an appointment only to tell me to email documents I could have brought. After which, my emails were ignored.

I'm not sure if these other reviews are talking about the right Chase location, because I go to this one 2-3 times a month for various services and have never experienced anything close to what they describe. This is my favorite Chase location.

Oak Park Main Chase closed its drive through banking. There is a drive up at Madison and Oak Park Avenue but wait lines are horrific. Also ridiculous to try to call and reach a live person for any kind of assistance. There is a Byline Bank in Oak Park that actually answers their phone! I am switching my accounts to that bank!

The last bit of customer service ends after the person standing at the guard desk says hello. That point forward the remaining branch might as well be empty of staff. Four decade customer of Chase Bank and I honestly cannot think of additional ways the staff at this branch could be less responsive to customer needs. Employees late for scheduled appointment, return follow up calls/emails NEVER received, calls from other staff trying to sell you additional services but "sorry unable" to assist you with the service that you have request. Oh and my favorite telling you to go to website because they are unable to "verify your identity" face to face in the branch. No place but up for this dismal branch.

Very poor customer service banker wanted me to do business in the lobby rather than take 5 minutes to look at the documents I had to open a trust fund. I've been a chase customer for over 25 years and will now consider changing banks or at least go to another branch

I have to call Chase support weekly for one problem or another. I have been a long time 25 years, with Chase. I also have 30 other accounts from various business also with Chase. The problems vary' today it is Zelle. Chase will not interact with PNC Bank. Chase has a habit of passing the buck. On ave4rage I get on the phone and get transferred 5 times. Repeat my story each time and ultimately almost always the same outcome. "The problem is not with Chase" but it is and I have to prove it each time by getting the other party on a conference call with Chase. I waste an average of 4 hours each time. This is the worst customer service and although an huge task and a major disruption of my business I will have to leave if the don't fix this. This all started about 4 years ago probably with offshoring.

They way they made the drive up path is so horrible to the point where it messed up my rear tires.
