Great Location and easy to access. Plenty of Parking. Sarah provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She greeted me warmly upon arrival and thoroughly explained the watch battery replacement process. She even apologized for the time it took, though I hadn't noticed any delay. It was refreshing to visit your store and experience such respectful and courteous service.

good working team at the store but lithium batteries for watercraft
are expensive and don't last not even 3 months after three warranties within a year I Am DONE WITH THIS BATTERIES

Worst phone screen replacement experience.I never got my phone fixed even though I went twice with appointment. No communication they made me go to the appointment twice when there is no equipment to fix my phone, even though I confirmed the appt. They never called to communicate not to even waste my time going. They could care less . Never experienced something like this.

Great experience at this store, responsive, polite, got the job done quickly and perfectly(key fob cut and programmed) reasonable price, would go there again!

Speech less, went in for screen replacement, got a new battery frame and back glass replaced for no extra cost.

These guys are awesome!! They fixed my key fob in seconds and for next to nothing when the dealership wanted to charge me over $200 just for the shell and more for the work!

I had to get a battery for my ADT security system. I checked online Lowe's, Home Depot and some others. Only Batteries Plus had it available for same day in store pickup.

Samantha was very helpful — called after my order was placed to let me know the battery was already pulled and ready for pickup, and that the wrench I’d purchased was out of stock and she’d refund me when I came in to pick up the battery. Day of pickup, she was there again, lent me the sockets and wrenches I would need to remove the old battery and install new, and processed the refund for the wrench and my core charge all in one transaction. I’ve never been to Batteries Plus before, but I’ll happily patronize the Elmwood Park location again. Thanks so much, Samantha, for your excellent service.

Samantha at the Harlem and Wabansia (formally the Harlem and North Ave.) store was so kind. She went above and beyond for us. If we ever need batteries for anything I’ll come here just for her. She’s really that great.
