LOVING the fact that we decided to use Affordable Backyard tents for our son’s graduation party. Affordable backyard tents are very easy to deal with. They delivered and set up the tent the day before our event and pickup was the day after our event. So easy, no fuss at all! It happened to rain during our party but we still were able to enjoy the festivities outside thanks to Affordable Backyard Tents!

Marty was an actual angel on this earth. He checked in with us so many times before our wedding to make sure we had what we needed as it was raining on our big day. His price was right in the middle of several quotes we got and was more than fair considering how much he did for us including a heater and lights in the tent. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you again Marty!!!

They were over the top with service. Best that I could ever imagine. They answered my calls at all hours of the day!! They accomadated a last minute request for an extra tent because it was raining. I would definitely recommend this company for your rental tents, chairs, and tables!! They were the absolute best to work with!! Prices are fabulous!!

Terrible customer service. I sent in a request for Table and Chair rentals online and followed up with a call. Marty was very unprofessional and said I had to resubmit everything online because he wasn’t in the office. I asked him to please look up my original request and follow up with me because I didn’t remember the information off the top of my head. He was very short with me and never contacted me back!!!

I LOVE that Affordable Backyard Tents will set up and take down tents on the same day! This is a lifesaver for my nonprofit's annual fundraiser, a walk that takes place in a public park. Great service. The green & white striped tent added a real "pop" to our event!

Marty has kept the $364 deposit of my 80-year-old mother despite him cancelling the job and saying that he would refund the money. That was a month ago, a month without the refund and him not answering her calls. Marty cancelled her reservation for her 80th birthday party after determining that the tent permit process in our area was "a pain in the a**." Unfortunately, he didn't do this until after days of claiming that he was completing the process--when he wasn't, thus making it difficult for us to hire another company. Once he cancelled, he said he would refund our deposit, a month during which he hasn't taken our calls. We had to use an out-of-town friend with a different number to call him. He miraculously answered this call from an unknown number. Beware.

A month ago, Marty agreed to provide a dance floor for my wedding. We spoke about it twice. I've been unable to reach him since then to pay him and receive a copy of their insurance, though I've called a hundred times and emailed several times. My wedding is in 4 days and I won't have a dance floor. Chicago Tents is out of state for the week and I can't find a backup.

The men at Affordable Backyard Tents are professionals! Not only did they set up so fast, they took it away even quicker! We had a backyard wedding and they truly made our visions come to fruition! They listened to where we wanted the tent set up in the backyard and was able to accommodate a heater last minute! The heater broke during the party and they came to the house to help fix it to keep the party going!!

Rented a 10' x 10' tent from Affordable Backyard Tents. The tent we got looked nothing like the tent in the photo. The tent posts were rusty and half painted and the tent straps were orange. Not a good look. Expected better.

Marty and team we're excellent!!!! Marty was professional and super nice! He was able to help us over the phone with measurements and decisions with everything! We got several big tents for our mid July wedding party, along with a cooler table, tables, chairs and the beautiful dance floor. The guys came when they were scheduled to come to put everything up. They were professional, nice and even changed the positioning of the tents after setting them up (as per my picky request). No troubles. Our backyard ground isn't perfectly even but they were able to put the dance floor in perfectly, and under one of the tents as well. There were no bumps or imperfections. Everything was perfect! I was grateful they set up 2 days before our party so that we we're able to decorate to our liking. They also came to take everything away at a convenient time. I would highly recommend Backyard Affordable Tents for anyone! Perfect to have for anytime! And great pricing compared to others we researched. Thanks Marty and team!
