I have been a client of Tren for 10 years now. I started going to sew -ins and then over years started to wear wigs. She has always been professional. This isn't one of those beauty shops that will talk about the clients as soon as they walk out! The hair has always been top quality. I still have wigs in my routine that she made for me in 2018!! Submitted a question on the website. Didn’t get a response so I called no answer. Then the person texted with questions about services I was seeking. I answered all the question no response. I even followed up and no response! UNPROFESSIONAL ANOTHER ONE GIVING BLACK BUSINESSES A BAD NAME!

I purchased a wig from the owner Tren on 9/3/22 and it was supposed to take 14 to 21days to be delivered. After 21 days I began to send e-mails and text messages to inquire about the wig, and finally I heard from Tren telling me I would receive an email with a tracking number but that didn’t happened right away. At this time i sent Tren another email threatening to contact my bank to file a dispute for this order. Finally on day 35 I received an email from Tren apologizing for the delay and reassuring me that this wasn’t a scram and gave me fifty dollars off of the three hundred and sixty dollars of the cost that I paid. finally I received the wig a week later and the wig looked nothing like the picture on the website, the wig Vicki on the website had long hair on one side of the wig, the wig I received had long hair on both sides. The wig was such a rush job the hair didn’t come close to what was advertised. This was such a waste of money for me, customer who left these good reviews must be family and friends because what I received and the head ache I went through to receive such trash shows the integrity of this seller, this was my first and last time patronizing this person in any fashion of form.It’s so sad when people rip off other’s for their own Greedy gain for a dollar, shame on you.
