It’s convienent having a seven eleven in the middle of town. It reminds me of a corner store in the city growing up. The guys there a very friendly. The only reason I marked them down a star is that their prices are a little on the high side. They recently put up a banner offering lover prices; We’ll See.

I went to this 7-11 location on January 31, 2024 like I do every night before work at CTA. The person that works at night has the door locked with his feet up on his phone. When he saw me he waved his hand & told me to go somewhere else. He is racist & rude because he has no problem opening the door for white people. Their are many bad reviews for this location & this worker.

Went in to buy lotto tickets for a holiday gift. Employee on duty had a stack of 20s in his hand rapidly scratching off tickets and not letting anyone else use the machine. He then turned off the machine when he was done so no one else could buy tickets after him. Complete joke of a business

Extremely shabby, hot dogs not refilled, no pizza, poor service... The worker didn't want to refill nor did he apologize for it! Why this store is still operating despite bad reviews remains a mystery!

My fiancé was charged $100 dollars. He has never been to this location and somehow they got his card information. Thankfully we were able to report as fraud and I don’t recommend using any cards and paying with cash if you choose to give your money to this store.

The guys that work there are con men, they also were seen several times flirting, licking their lips and winking at me and my 15yo sister (we lived close and would go in frequently). They also refused to sell me something because they were annoyed I needed a small amount of cash back in quarters. Thats not to mention the multiple shootings that have happened in the past three years. Stay away

Online their hours are stated as "open 24 hours / day, 7 days / week". In actuality, they close at 10pm. One Friday I got there at 1002pm, but he locked the door on me & would even let me purchase a Pepsi. Terrible customer service, will never go back / give them my business again.

walked up at 10:30pm from several blocks away to find hand-scrawled notes on the door saying they were closed until 5:30am.saw a guy inside behind the register lounging back in a chair talking to someone else. made eye contact with me and mouthed "nah".according to other reviews this is a common occurrence.

So the issues at this location has a lot to do with management because they all know who and what the problem is. Oak park has a new ordinance and all stores have to be closed at Midnight. The owner has not put the new ordinance time change like the location on Chicago Ave. The second problem is the employee that closes the store at 10pm so he can "clean". The guy is actually really rude and is not or does not care to be properly informed as to why the store is closing at the time it does.Even the response to people's comments are automatically generated. That's how much the owner really cares.

Not open 24hrs apparently it’s a sign that says it’ll reopen at 5:30am . Website needs to be updated so people don’t waste gas ?

Came up to the "24 hour" location at 11:15 pm. Chicken scratch sign said "closed until 5:30 am." Dude inside was lounged back, chatting on his phone and rudely waved me away. I won't be back.
