“Totally excellent experience. I wanted to have my tires rotated.
There though was a tire lock on two of my tires. The dealer had no idea how to get them off. But to do so, it would have cost over $700. Took it to Discount Tire, where I had the tires replaced 7 months ago. The guy at the desk was very nice. Within about half an hour or so, the technician came out and said my car was ready. No more tire locks, and they rotated my tires and aligned them. I asked how much I owe them. He said it was free because I bought the tires from them. I was shocked! Very happy, but shocked, in the most pleasant way. Thank you for your service quality!”

I also like having peace of mind that my Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor are under warranty for a year. “I woke up to a flat tire. Called this company and someone came out about 20-30 minutes after I got off of the phone to take a look. He went back and got the right tire and 5 minutes later he was back to work. It took about 10 minutes to get the tire on. This was some of the most efficient work I've gotten. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service.
