The pharmacist, Anisa, is extremely hostile. I have just had three throat surgeries and she didn't care. She just talked right over me and then hung up on me. Anisa seems to think all elderly and disabled people want to duo is break state laws regarding their prescriptions. They used to be a great pharmacy. What happened to the old pharmacist?

Pharmacy is extremely slow. Usually on hold for over 30 minutes and always a long line for pick up.

The Pharmacits at this location don't return calls or answer the phone. I've been on hold for over 30 mins several times. They also will substitute your medicine for generics with out consulting you.

so I have banked both with small banks and large banks....recently my business was with Norstates Bank which was bought out by first midwest. about 2 months in I've noticed this is a horrible place to do business with. 2 weeks I can't pay bills online and apparently one of my former employees is the only one authorized to make changes to my account. garbage.

This review pertains only to their on line banking. Almost every time I try to sign in there seems to be an issue. It's for a business account so obviously it's an area they haven't conquered. They have 3 levels of inputs--Company I.D., User I.D., and Password. One of these is sure to be an issue requiring a call for help. Sometimes it takes as long as an hour to get it resolved. Occasionally, I can breeze right through, but that's not often. Because of all these problems, I opened a Chase Account about a year ago and should have closed this account at that time. But being frugal I wanted to use up the old checks I had. But after today's hour session trying to get online, I decided to throw the old checks away and close the account. Dealing with Chase has been like day and night. Their systems work flawlessly, so far at least. I was a little nostalgic about closing the account because we had been with their predecessor bank, Standard Bank for many years. Standard was a gem like Chase, but since they were taken over by Midwest Bank things have changed for the worse.

The staff is always great .Especially the Christy at the cosmetic counter. She is always there to help you get the most balance reward points. If I have a problem she is always there to help. Most businesses today just treat you like a number not a person. Best Regards Rick

The convience of having the drive up window open an hour after the bank closes saves the day. I pull in at 5:01 and all the tellers are running out the front door and locking it lol. I just drive around back and the very polite lady behind the glass greets me and offers exceptional assistance as well as tell me to have a great day with a big smile. Just like in the commercials. God bless you drive thru window!

Beware using your debit card. I had a fictitious charge on my debit card for $40 and they said they had proof of the charge. Do you know what it was? It was my email address. Really?????How does an email address verify you charged something? Too bad for them I will be finding a different bank very soon. So sick of these smug employees talking down to me....

My bank, Standard Bank was overtaken by First Midwest Bank. I loved Standard Bank. I can not say the same for First Midwest. All my direct deposit and bill pay accounts are linked . I'm moving soon and can not wait to leave First Midwest. I would not even give them one star but in order to post I had to. Let me finish by saying the tellers are great.

The absolute worst bank in the world !!!!!!! The policies changed weekly they decided how to set up your account and they would change your account without your permission . Most of the staff are rude ignorant and have a smart a** comment for everything. Thet are definitely not there to help the customer but they have no problem ripping them off. Stay as far away as you can from this bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeremy was my cashier today & he was amazing. I must have looked upset, because he just started joking around with me from the moment I walked up. He really brightened up my day & I truly appreciate it. We need more people like Jeremy in this world. :-)

Great bank, friendly bankers, was able to open a checking account with only $5 (after giving $100 first, which I got back right away) I will use this account for emergency's, paying bills and my Amazon Seller account.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. The Pharmacy staff was also very quick to fill prescriptions and very helpful to answer any questions!

This Walgreen's is basically the same as all the other in the chain, maybe smaller than most. The same look (literally the same (makes you think like you've been there before when you haven't)) and feel as other Walgreen's. The store is at least clean and staff is friendly and helpful. No clinic at this location just the pharmacy.

Not the best bank ever! i was not impressed when i walked in signed in for a personal banker, took a seat and started to wait. meanwhile i noticed all the personal bankers were in a "meeting" and were just staring at me sitting there. after about 20 minutes of waiting someone finally asked if i needed a personal banker ummmm no im just sitting here looking pretty. Sarah came out to help me and took all my information that i needed. after proceeding to ask her if everything was fine with my account after that visit to which i got a yes to. Well come monday when i try to use my debit card go figure my account was still not active. Called tuesday morning after it still didnt work and was told none of the paperwork was submitted in.... asked why it had already been technically 3 business days and nothing was submitted. was told they would try calling the branch to speak to sarah to see what was going on and i would get a call back mind you i called at 9am. come 12 and still nothing so i finally called again and spoke to a David thank god for the one decent smart person who works there who was finally able to help me and be able to get access to my funds. Not at all impressed with the service at this bank.! i would not recommend it to anyone
