WORSE dealership in the world. The entire staff is super unprofessional and rude. I took my chevy here expecting to get quality service from a "reputable" business, but left with poor customer service. The service guy they gave me was oblivious to knowing how to do properly do his job. I called before I came and asked a couple of questions to get a better understanding of the process. Told him I had a warranty on the phone and in person when I gave them my car. When I dropped my car off and they called me to tell me what was wrong with my car had a a long list of things worth almost $3000. Asked him did he speak to my warranty about the work? He asked me " oh, you have a warranty?"....Unbelievable. He said he would call me back once he spoke to them. And when he called me back he only asked the warranty if they covered ONE thing when they told me I needed 4 things fixed. So he called them again. And he STILL didnt ask them about everything they claimed i needed repaired. Meanwhile I'm without a car with almost a week because he couldn't even do his job right the first time. Long story short they were trying to overcharge me for everything. Spoke to managers with no resolve. No one seemed to know how to do their job here. At this point, I don't even trust them with my car. I took my car someone else and paid them the diagnostic fees. But they were holding my claim open after I already told them I'm not getting anything done. So i wasted another week, trying to get them to close the claim. Thanks Webb Chevy. When I took my car somewhere else they told me half the stuff I needed done according to Webb Chevy was a lie. Not surprised. Don't go here unless you want to get scammed out your money and time.

The person never explained well what was going to be done to by car. Then they kept my car until I called to see if it was done which was close to closing. When my appointment was scheduled for 7:15. I never got a phone call after 9am to hear about my car. They never fixed the problem and my car was left with more lights on my dash. Then next the my car wouldn't work once I got to the gym. It was because of a piece they didn't put back which caused that problem . So I had to tow my car to another place to get fixed. I will never be taking my car back to that dealership. Their customer service isn't good. Your better off taking it to someone where else because instead of them fixing the problem you'll end with three more to fix because of them . Just save your money and go to someone else.

Getting my truck service here is always amazing service. They find the issue fast and get it solved fast too. The staff is always friendly and kind. Always knowledgeable and go over every detail they possibly can.

Was not bad but was a long process. I did ask if they could top off the air in a tire, left after a 1/2 hour waiting. I also went to register the car and found out Webb hasn’t registered the title yet, so I can’t get my plates yet. So I’m a little disappointed in them, hopefully they’ll take care of these things.

Waiting 3 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment that was scheduled three months in advance should be a crime. When asked for an update I get "it'll be ready any minute now". It's 30 minutes later and I'm still sitting here while people have came/went. An oil change is the most basic thing you can get done at the dealership. There is no way it takes 3 hours to complete. Especially since I arrived 1hr 15min after they opened and it was only 3 people that were waiting and they have all since left. Along with ppl that arrived after me. This is the place I purchased my car, the salesman was great but the service experience is not okay. 3 hours is insane for an oil change.

Awesome experience buying a 2020 Mazda3 with Mikayla. Not only did we get the most competitive deal, we also were given complimentary slices of pizza from Palermo's! Very easy, low-pressure experience, I highly recommend.

Disappointed with service today. 10:30am appt for oil change and for fix of a muffler (this was mentioned when making appt) only to find out they fix this. My truck was returned to me at 2:22pm. 4 hrs for a 30-45 min oil change and a quick inspection? Total of 4 hrs at this location, when I could of been out all within an hr and a half.

Mikayla was a wonderful sale’s person, great energy throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and the trust was definitely there. I would recommend her as someone to go to within Webb Chevy! She makes it happen!

Jorge Guzman was awesome. Gave me great information on pricing and financing. Went over with me on how to use my new vehicle. Also speaks Spanish and very respectful with my family. I highly recommend to come in and ask for Jorge and he would help you out with any questions you would have with no strings attached. Thanks Jorge!

My husband and I reached out to a sales person, was honest upfront. Also asked if it would be better to do application online, because we live in Gary, IN. Said better to come in so you all could do an appraisal of our car. We came in, because we were interested in the 2020 Acadia AT4. Think it was $29k. Online, you offered $7500 for the trade in, prior to even adding amenities. We owe $8600. We were also upfront about our credit as well, yet still encouraged to come in. Now your dealership offered us $6500 as a trade in. Literally, didn't drive it, just looked, took the mileage, and walah. Said that you'd have to put at least put 2 grand in to the car to fix it. We know the resale value of the car is high. We expected to be low balled, but this was ridiculous. Then we asked the salesperson isn't a 2020 Acadia AT4 new enough to bury negative equity in. He said no. Now if y'all had cars with rebates that would be different, and the car was a manager's special, meaning your dealership was ready to sell the vehicle, because of whatever!! So to receive an email from the general sales manager saying that customers are not just numbers, yeah that's a lie. If offered even the $7500, that would leave $1000 in negative equity. Those numbers could have definitely worked out, even if our payment went up $100. Asking for 30% down with a trade-in was also a smack in the face.

The customer service that my husband and I received from Mr. Ivan Fandino was phenomenal! He was able to assist us from the beginning to the end. He was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Even after picking up the car two days later, we received a call from him asking how are we enjoying the car and if we had any further questions and concerns he would be available to answer them. Thank you! He is definitely a great asset to Webb Chevy of Oak Lawn.Very Happy and Satisfied Custormer

Adrian was my sales rep. we looked at cars for 4 to 5 hours. I explained my price range and what I was looking for in a new used or new car. I was not expecting or dream I would be able to get my dream car today. But Adrian was optimistic and we had a back up plan. No hassle, very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Adrian as a sales representative and Webb dealership.I got in my dream car today, thanks to Adrian.

When, arriving to the dealership, I was welcome with one of your team members. He checked me in. I was then sent to one of the advisers, and I was checked in by them with a very professional and warm greeting. I then moved on to the waiting area which I sat in a nice clean area And enjoy it

I had brought my vehicle in for navigation and tv problems. They found the issue and replaced it quite quickly. Remy our advisor was very informative and kept us updated with the status of our truck. Was told a couple days they finished it in one day, which was great!
