The cashier who helped me today was very racist and very rude. I didn't know how to use the coupon and he said I was stupid, but with uglier words. I don't speak English but my child told me. Her name is Elizabeth. Bad person

The lady in photo department, Krishana or whatever her name is, was so rude and not paying attention. I asked her for a photo pickup and she was looking at the online order! Even the last name, I said the last name is “P****” and she was looking at letter “Q”. I had to say the name so many times before she decided to look at letter “P”. And she gave it to me and rolled her eyes! I was in a hurry so I just go but will definitely not going back to this store because of her!

Tuesday May 7 at 2:45pm… the older woman at the register is always so rude when I come to this location. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I meant to hand her two $20 and accidentally handed her a $20 and a $50 and she snapped at me…. When you’re at work you shouldn’t take your bad day out on people. Unfortunately this is typical for her.

Dave in the Photo Department provides superior customer service. He is always friendly and provides service with a smile. When he sees me coming in, he has my order on the counter. I was scanning some photos and he said by the time I was done shopping, my order would be ready, and it was!
Please take your photo needs to Dave!!

I only regret I can only give this store a negative one star. This is where thieves are employed as check out ladies.They will triple charge you on an item you only had one of.I will never take my business to another Walgreens store ….!!!!! The thieves working cash register at this Walgreens are getting at the elderly by overcharging on items never obtained. This Walgreens is just one of their thieving stores..Other Walgreens stores are stealing from elderly by overcharging on items.Walgreens is predator over charging.

Christmas card photos were produced quickly & decent quality, albeit staff rude. They advertise they accept “most insurance.” My husband was turned away for a flu shot on 12/26 & was turned away because they don’t accept Blue Cross.

Pharmacist was completely unaware of the August 28, 2023 DEA regulation change that I could transfer my Class ll medicine between pharmacies without having to go back through my doctor. They sent me away with the excuse that the Walgreens application must be buggy. The negligence of some people to not be aware of significant changes in regulation with regards to their industry is just exhausting. I hope those two individuals whom I interacted read this and realize how rude they were to someone just trying to pick up their medicine.
