I was given the wrong dosage of a prescription and it made me very ill. It was my first time taking the medication and I wasn’t aware of the dosage until later. This is unprofessional and dangerous. I will be switching my pharmacy

They would have gotten zero stars but I give 1 because kathy the night shift pharmacist is AWESOME. She goes above and beyond to help. Even if she is busy. EVRYONE else in the pharmacy is clueless. They don't actually explain what's going on with the medication status. They just read the screen. \\u0026 omg don't call by the time they answer you could have ran 10k marathon and come back. The calls are outsourced to someone who is not even in the building. PATHETIC

Scheduled a covid Vax online. Pharmacy said they don't have vaccine. Said come back tomorrow.

Worst Walgreens I've been to in my life!! I wasTold my prescriptions would be ready in two hours at 6, and before heading there made a couple of phone calls and was on hold for almost an hour, and then the line disconnected!! When I got there it was a line in the pharmacy that had like at least 10 people in front of me waiting with just one girl moving slowly that was there!! It gets worse!! By the time I got up in pick up my prescriptions they weren't even ready and was told to wait an additional 20 minutes!! Worst run pharmacy I've ever been to or experienced in my entire life!!! Would never return or recommend!! My grade- an F-

You would think that I would be in and out, seeing that I am only picking up a prescription. But no, I walk through the candy isle, then look at the magazines. Oh, I need to grab birthday cards. Wait, are those the new princess bandaids. Thank goodness they called my name. Clean space, nice and friendly employees. I just love whenever you walk in they say "welcome to walgreens". When you leave, they always say " be well". Makes me smile.

I agree with many on this site. The pharmacy here is sorely lacking in customer service. Try to call and they place you on auto hold multiple times only to drop you. It's ridiculous. I know from experience they are swamped. Walgreens you need to put more people at this location. The line is always outrageously long too.

It sucks.Getting a prescription here is hell. They frequently drop the line or pass you off to a computer. It's frustrating and can be solved by HIRING MORE HUMANS who can HELP YOU SOLVE PROBLEMS.After getting re-routed thrice, the person on the phone said I was breaking up. So 25 minutes later, using a land line, I reproduced the phone trail, only to hear the pharmacist say that I was breaking up. IT WAS NOT ME! The Good Lord Himself could have called and they'd be like, Sorry, Sir, can't hear you *click*Didn't you ever see "War Games"? What happened when they took the people out of the silos? Pandemonium, that's what! Put actual people back in the mix and you'll do better. Awful company that gets rich off people in distress but cannot put resources into helping those on whose backs they profit.

If you are trying to refill a prescription, minimum 40 minute wait whether it's on the phone or in store. Phone calls are often dropped after waiting for 40 mins. Really bad customer service.

i was trying to order baby formula online since my son was out one day & online said this place had it in stock so i ordered it online & then get a email saying my order was cancelled. i checked on my account there was enough money so i was confused & just looked somewhere else. What i thought was funny is that i get a email a few days later to leave feedback on my "enfamil purchase" that was never ordered so i left the same review as i wrote in the beginning & it stated that my review will not be published because it "didn't meet there websites guidelines" So, here i am writing my review so everyone can see it & Walgreens cant take it off just due to them not liking my review :)

This pharmacy has some real customer service issues. I always have the longest wait for my prescription.This morning I waited on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. This location needs better leadership.

This staff is always supportive of me when I go in and the pharmacist work very hard for all of the population they have to deal with. One day My intention was to ask for half of the prescription because I couldn’t afford it. But this pharmacist who I’ve never seen before, who didn’t know what my intentions were on her own started searching and found me a cheaper prescription with double the amount of medication and I was very very satisfied and grateful she didn’t have to do that and I appreciate the fact she took the time to look out for a customer. As customers we really should try to understand what people go through in the service areas; I appreciate this pharmacist and the work that she does thank you Walgreens.

Painfully slow lines, inside and out. Usually one person working counter, only. Often running between counter and drive thru. But even when dedicated to counter, one isn't always enough. They never call for another person to help, no matter how long the lines get. 20 minutes, this time. I've waited much longer before, too. I have almost never spent less time than 15 to 20m in there. Usually more. And they continually do nothing to fix this. Literally the only reason I come here is because it's 24 hours, and I'm debating changing anyway, because there are always issues.
