Horrible post office, how am i supposed to get my mail when it goes missing because these people are too incompetent to get a package from point a to point b, and the best is there is not an actual human on the customer service phone number, its just some robot that’ll spew their script at you and then randomly hang up

Oaklawn post office Let My Package Sit Tgere For Days I Mail On Jan 12, 2024, And Still My Package Has Not Arrive At It’s Destination, They Have Not Even Called Me It’s Been Pass 3 Days, No Voice , No Email, No Text , My Care Box Going To zmy Granddaughter In Nursing School Still Has Not Arrive some Employees Are Not Scanning Some Packages , Are They Taking Them Home Or What, I Knew I Should Have Went To Fedx, I Can Not Even Track It’s All Mess Up, DAM, What A Dam Mess

I sent a package out Nov 25th, from this oak lawn center around 9 am! It was suppose to be to me on the 28th… it’s the 28th at 2:50 am and my tracking says it’s still in Oak Lawn! Now I’m reading all these reviews and they are saying they never got their package, this is not real, those women seemed like they were so helpful to me when I went in, but my package does not say anything about an update and I flew from Chicago, this makes me sad that people are actually like this! Espically black people and I am as well! But the poor respect level of these people is just beyond anything I can say…

Horrible customer service. Patrick Refused to take my package a whole hour before closing. If he’s not happy where he works that’s not anyone else’s issue.
