I never really do reviews, but waited in drive through line for OVER 45min.. very very very slow customer service.. wasted my whole lunch break from work for a simple transaction..??♂️This branch really needs some help. Very frustrating.

Drive through took over 20 minutes. Under staffed or just really slow reps. Every time I come here it takes forever to get taken cared of. Everyone is nice, but I expect an efficient and fast service when I’m in the drive through or whenever I bank. I switched from chase and it’s night and day of a difference.

This lady refused to help me because I didn't have an appointment. She also refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to call someone above her. I had an issue a few weeks before and the manager never called me either. What kind of place are they running here ?? Awful customer service.

If they run there bank like they run there credit card leave your money in your car and only go in if serving cookies or coffee! There credit cancel auto payment and blames you after a promotional transfer transaction!!!!! You give them bank information to take out of and they continually try to change to their u s bank instead of outside bank I have requested! Rhonda the manager of the credit department is extremely rude and condescending! Nichole was less than less helpful. Carol the first person I spoke was courteous and helpful. She even admitted in the first place that it was just an error and all is well until previously mentioned supervisor and manager said my fault! My recommendation for everyone DO NOT go near a US Bank facility if you care about your family and finances! Definitely do not use there credit card! Too bad it's associated with US Bank. I used to like going there.

Came into this branch to speak to a bank about my account being locked after the 800 number told me I need to come in. I waited around for 1/2 hour to speak to a banker and walked out. Also, the bank took $15,000 of my money that I have been denied numerous times because of fraud.

So I was worried about this branch with all the terrible reviews but I was staying at the Hilton so I decided to get a advance on my credit card which I've done hundreds of times but this teller told me since I wasnt a customer of us bank I could only get half the amount I was seeking I asked who's decision was that she said hers I advised her that was a very unpleasant way to provide customer service she smiled and said nothing I walked out of the branch and have never stepped in another branch since all because this lady "thought " she had power over my money
