The owner cancel my Reservation after having me wait 25 minutes for him to complete my application location. He was racist and did not want to give me the truck. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Called ahead of time to rent a van for a couple of hours. He was very helpful on the phone and confirmed the price per mileage. Pickup was fine except for the fact that he completely butchered the spelling of my name and didn't change it on my reservation. Which means he sent my information over email to the wrong email address who know has access to that. Then when I dropped off the van, he wasn't able to tell me if the $60 holding charge would drop off my account. Just said “Uh, I'm not sure. It should.†Then after paying, I had to request a receipt. He did not offer me one automatically which is unbelievable seeing as I just had 2 charges of about $60 each on my card. After reviewing my receipt I realized he charged me 10 cents over what he quoted me on the phone. When I asked if I could get that changed he shrugged his shoulders and said, “Well I already charged it.†Do yourself a favor and go to any other UHaul in the area...there are enough... and avoid this horrible customer service.

I beg you please check your credit card invoices as I check min daily, I sell a lot on eBay and reaped ex that this place is awesome for boxes and they are very reasonable on prices and everyone I have dealt with has been extremely courteous and kind as well as professional. Until I noticed a discrepancy on my card, in the amount of $8.63 charged twice within 3 seconds of each other (explained computers locked up and refreshed and charged twice) I been in contact with employees and showed them My bank statement. Was told the manager would contact me within a day or 2 (went in 2x gave # and info twice) still no call or credit to my account. Granted it's like $9 but still it's my $9. Thank you so much for contacting me back mr store manager. Next is corporate contact! Have a nice day!
