Rude employee cathie said I was ordering to fast. I ordered one thing and was told “slow down.” When I apologized and said I’m sorry, no rush I’m in no hurry” the response was “well it seems like you are.” Don’t need to deal with that when there are plenty of gas stations around.

Went into the establishment to make a purchase and the Hispanic young lady behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional using racial slurs while I attempted to make my purchase and when asked to speak with the manager she stated she was the manager, and refused to allow me to make my purchase.. if that is the type of employees you have here then I will never be a customer again. How does someone so rude and disrespectful and ignorant become a manger..

Theresa gave me an attitude from the moment my transaction started. Then decided to have a snarky remark at me when I left because she refused to help me complete my transaction. Train your employees on how to be nice. What a joke.

Don't pay at the pump with a debit card I couldn't use the keypad and canceled my transaction to go inside just to find out it took everything out of my account due preauthorization! It's not even my first time here at this location I am furious!

Lady behind the counter is the rudest person I've encountered at a gas station and that says alot. She had the biggest attitude. I'll never go back. There are more gas stations down the block. I'd suggest to go over to them

I can't believe how ignorant the employees are at this gas station they must hate there job I told her I can't put my cell number in at my pump so I could get my discount the buttons are wore out so she tells me go to a different pump I go to pump 7 and it's not taking my debit card so I go back in she tells me my card is not good we'll she's wrong and I left they are so helpful there not I will go down the street and get gas without all this drama.

This place has gone down the tubes but lately counters dirty machines not working I have been coming here for over 7 years the best part they had gas pump problems so they lock the doors and And ignore you and don't say anything great customer service 8 people just standing outside and there just walking around that looks great just keep losing business. Great workers Thornton's
