I used to work at T-Mobile when I was a teenager/in my early twenties before I graduated college and worked my way into the Logistics/Supply Chain Management industry. I have experience in my industry in places like Norway, Germany, Japan, California, North Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Colorado and Texas. I have worked with many personalities from very different backgrounds. I created opportunities/success for myself through hard work that started at T-Mobile. I write that not to brag but because I hope the management/employees of this store see this message and I want them to know this review is coming from a professional who can't help but feel the need to offer some advice - not just in sales but life. The type of coworkers that were unsuccessful back then are the same type of coworkers I spoke with at this store today. The workers here are not passionate about their job. In any other industry that might be fine but in SALES to be successful you must give the perception to the consumer that you are excited to work and SELL them a product/service that you are knowledgable about. The answers I received, facial expressions, and tone of the representatives here couldn't make it any more clear they do not care about their job. With that said I have advice for both management and employees. Management: If you aren't already, counsel your employees. Evaluate your subordinates on a regular basis and provide honest feedback. Nobody wants to have a tough conversation but it's needed to be successful in any team environment. You owe it to your subordinates to make them better. I can tell by the way the employees acted in this store that management has not given them their expectations or done a good job of reinforcing them on a regular basis. And if management believes they have, then T-Mobile Corporate might need to look into providing training or replacing leadership in this store. Employees: For those employees that are working here to save money before getting into another industry or pay for school, I understand because I used to be you. However, beware that the attitude you have here is creating habits that you will bring into the next industry/career path you take. Make sure they are good ones. Use T-Mobile as a place to grow personally in areas that need work and be honest/challenge yourself. Whether that's working on communication skills, analyzing a customer/product, holding your peers accountable, etc. give your best effort. You'll be surprised at how these simple skills will transfer over to your next career and regardless of the next industry you get into, you need these basic communication skills to be successful in LIFE. For those employees that are working here full-time and have decided to make it a career, do something else. It's obvious you don't like your job. Unless you are in serious debt or supporting a family and NEED this job, life is too short to work at a job you dislike. Good luck to you all and happy holidays .

I went to T-Mobile to return the at home wireless internet system they are offering for Magenta Max customers for $35 a month. I was upset not only that I could not get more then two bars anywhere in my place but the service at the store was ridiculous. First of all a receipt was never printed when it was purchased but it clearly shows up on my account and I was told I could not return it at their store. After calling customer service they said I can return it to nearest store to me. Xavier and Vivian the so called manager seemed liked they just didn't wasn't to be bothered. Don't waste your time with this store or the wireless home internet ..

AT&T back at it!!! It's 6:00 AM and working in violation of village ordinance. And now blocking driveways. Terrible corporate citizen. Learn some manners if you can't handle learning the laws.

This T-Mobile is terrible. They prey on the elderly with disabilities. I went there because they said I had to merge from Sprint . They were so busy making sells that they were not explain the fine print. In fact hey had me believe I was buying my phones out right with a credit from them.. Come to find out they give you the credit over 3years and if you leave the company you have to pay the balance of the credit. Also you pay a large amount of money for a phone that you can not exchange unless it is done within14 days. 1,300. Phone. That's ridiculous. DO NOT SHOP AT T-Mobile if you can help it. VERY SHADY COMPANY.

Even though I live a distance away, this is my home T-Mobile. I would tell anyone I know that has T-Mobile to go to this locations. They will take very good care of you. Especially Will & Fernando. Literally any question you have you can ask them and they'll be able to answer if not, more. I personally learn about deals and features when I go there. Assuring I'm making the right purchase for myself if needed. Also, making my plan fit whatever I personally like to do. So if you aren't too far from this location. I'd advise you to go here. You won't regret it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER TO DATE. This location should be ashamed of themselves. I walked in the afternoon of 6/19, looking to switch out my cracked screen protector for a new one as it's covered under the insurance I pay on my IPhone XR. The individual proceeded to try and tell me I was not authorized to do so, that I did not have insurance, and I needed to purchase an outside screen protector beforehand. I was told that I was becoming a problem for them and that I needed to take my business elsewhere. As a young twenty year old woman, I was very intimidated by the older male employee yelling at me. I left as quickly as I could. Went to a different location, they input my number into the system, pulled up my account and checked my insurance, and switched my screen protector out with NO HASSLE OR CHARGE.

The jokers at this store have no clue how to treat costumers, their costumer service skills are deplorable not to mention non existent. I went in there to ask about my plan and an upgrade option for my wife and I and the guy "helping" me was waiting on a call back and didn't mention that to me as soon as the phone rang he stopped talking to me and continued his phone conversation without saying anything, the other joker that walked out looked at me and asked me if I was being helped I said "no, he just got on the phone" well I guess that means yes I'm very well taken care of on his mind because he proceeded to help someone else that walked behind me. Save your time and aggravation on this non corporate store and instead head to the corporate owned store on 52nd and 95th you will find better service and more answers there. This place is horrible and their people need more training.

Karen(supervisor) and Violet both are rude and unprofessional employees of the 103rd and Cicero location-I was kicked out! yes kicked out because I apparently am a grown woman and am not allowed to go to my car and come back in the store-yes Karen told me that I cant go in and out and needed to stay in or leave! then when i told her she cant talk to me like that and I simply went to get my id out of the car -she said she wasn't helping me and i needed to get out of her store! When i said i felt that she was racially being unjust (I'm AA) Violet ( the other employee) said i was ignorant walked around the counter in a threatening manner and walked toward me and said get out! I then said I have never been treated so unfairly and rudely and have been a customer for YEARS! They said they didn't care and to get out! That's when the other white customers began to jump in and yell and act ignorantly towards me- the one black employee said nothing the whole time. I am in disbelieve and astonished. They need to go! Please report them if you have had a similar experience!
