I have been here for over 20 minutes trying to make a payment. The store is inadequately staffed. Most of these people have been here at least 40 min or more. This used to be an A1 COMPANY.

I am a long standing customer of TMobileYesterday I went in the store to find out what options I had to buy a flip phone for my mother who is 88yrs suffering from Parkinson's I was lucky to get assisted by salespersonJoe (I go to that store for assistanceI wait to be helped by him)He went over and above to help meHe is a great asset to the store and the company.He does a commendable job great customer service

Aileen she said she was the store manager was no help at all . Long story short i purchased a 50.00 screen protector with the PROMISE of me being able to go back and replace it as many times. Other wise i wouldve bought the cheaper one. I never went until now because it peeled off and i live 45 min to an hr away from this location. I come this far because i used to like the customer service but not anymore. She didnt offer anything else a discount for employee misleading me into buying the expensive screen i feel robbed and upset they lack customer service and friendly face . They made me feel dumb. Im not going back to that store again.

Useless, if you have problems with any Samsung phone do not take your phone here. Because they ALL have iPhone no one knows how to do anything with Samsung or even try to figure it out for you. This store is incompetent. I'll go to another store to see if they are able to help me.

Horrible experience at this location starting with the shift manager Moses or Moises who was rude and nasty doesn't bother greeting people when coming in. My experience at this location with this guy was horrific. After standing there for 10 minutes I asked if he was the only one working, he responded there's two others but I was more than welcome to go elsewhere among some other bazaar behavior from this creep which I've never experienced in my life which I'll also be reporting to corporate.

Not even worth 1 star. Customer service is non existence. Waiting for even a "hello will be with you in a moment" does not exist. On of the employees finished with a customer and then looked at me as she walked out of the store not even asking if I needed help. Dont know where she went maybe on break but should could have said anything like someone else will be right with you. Other person stuck with one customer after business was finished talking about their life, while me as a customer was waiting.....

If you want to pay inflated phone price and be belittled, yes come here. Otherwise seek another option. As a 63 year old woman that is how you get treated.

Went in a few minutes ago. I was looking to upgrade my phone. When I picked one out, (Samsung Galaxy S22+) the female attendant said she would be back. She left for about 2 minutes to come back and tell me they were all out of that model and all of it's colors. I thought to myself, "Why would someone try to sell you a phone they didn't have?" There were also 3 other employees standing around talking about their personal lives. (Which doesn't bother me, but yet none of those 3 employees could've informed the sales associate who I was speaking to that they are out of those phones?)After telling me they didn't have any phones on hand, she said, "I can look up and see if any other T-Mobile stores have any." When I responded with a location closer to my house, she responded with, "You can go ahead and call them."I don't see the point of offering to help someone, then immediately not caring. Perhaps it was the fact that I was no longer going to spend money there and that associate was not going to get a commission.I am a very forgiving and understanding person. I feel that this employee, and perhaps others, lack some better coaching and training in customer service, sales, and understanding body language/speech.I've been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years. I've been to at least 30 different T-Mobile stores in my life. This is my first and only negative review about a store.

I went in today and the young girl Mel did a terrible service with helping me today. I told her to assist me with transferring my information over to my new phone and did not do so properly. During the process she caused me to lose all my data because she wanted to test different options out with transferring my data. Which was to delete some of my apps while the phones were already in transferring mode knowing that she should have not done so because it will mess up the entire process which it did. All she could have said that she didn't know how to operate Samsung and sent over someone who did. Now I don't have anything and leaving me to start over. I told her i didn't know how to do any of this and she said don't worry I transferr data all the time.This is unprofessional service. How you dont know how to do your job? I been transferring my data for years and I never had this problem with transferring my services. I been a loyal customer for over 6 years and because yall don't train your employees properly now the customer have to deal with the consequences of taking a loss. I am so upset

Very condescending person helped me. I needed a fam plan n home internet but just left. The employee wasn't at all helpful, seems like he works for free. Ill stay with Verizon! ? wish ya a good weekend.

Great customer service. The phone service is so so in the woods. Need better towers . Might be switching to verizon.. I been a customer of T-Mobile for 10+ yrs. Time for change.

Great customer service. Went in to connect a new phone I received in the mail. The girl there was pleasant. Had a nice conversation with her. Need more customer service reps like that.
