I have now had two rings redesigned and couldn't be more happy. My Mom's ring sat in a drawer for years, it was too big and didn't look that great. With Sam and Sons suggestions and work, it looks wonderful. The 'before' photo does not have the additional gold or the lab grown diamonds (only lab grown!).

I cannot say enough great things about this place. They were so kind and helpful. Brought my rings in that I haven’t worn in 2+ years to have them sized. They recommended I get them soldered because my wedding band was denting the prongs on my engagement ring. Picked up my rings today and they look brand new. They dipped them and fixed the dents in the prongs without me even asking. I so appreciate their detailed and professional work and it was very reasonably priced. I won’t bring my rings anywhere else!

I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for the beautiful job Sam &Sons did for my wedding ring/Anniversary band. The way they reconfigured the ring truly made the ring stand out and shine. The staff here is friendly and patient. The store is also clean and feels welcoming. I went to get a ring fixed, but it was a bit pricey. I believe they said that to fix a clamp on the ring would be about $80. Not too bad, but a bit higher than the place I usually go to.
