Great service for air bag replacement! Napleton ford was the only location that offered a pick up and drop off service to replace my air bags that were defective. The communication was great and i received text throughout the replacement. They said it would be done in hours, and it was! Bill the service manager was polite and stayed in contact with me as well. Complete 5-star experience. Thank you Napleton Ford and thank you Bill for your professionalism!

I bought a used car from here 4 1/2 months ago. I had it towed here 40 days after I purchased it because the battery died. I waited on site, from opening to closing, for them to install a new battery. The battery died again 2 months later. I had an APPOINTMENT to see what was draining the battery and to fix the trunk release (that should be covered under warranty.) They charge $200 to diagnose the problem. They said that they may have to keep the car overnight. It's been SEVERAL DAYS and they still haven't contacted me about the car. That's crazy! They can't fix a lock and diagnose a problem? Everyone in the service department seems stressed. They TRY to be polite, but everyone seems stressed out, super busy (although I'm the only one standing there,) and on edge; like, what lies can I tell the customers about their cars not being fixed today? They don't give you reassuring vibes that your car is in good hands. At least they could reach out, and give you an update to stall for time. I have to do all of the calling. Maybe they don't prioritize warranty work. I'm wasting my time and I need my car! They are too sloooooooooow. I'm picking up my car and taking it elsewhere! This is ridiculous!

This is the worst costumer service. My second time is the same as the first horrible.They racially wait on you. Each time I've come there's know other costumers in area but I'm told to wait then as soon as one comes in they wait on that person and still leave me standing there until I start to complain.Im standing here trying to check in and you're sending me text asking why am I late Dan is the worst person and he is very prejudice he waited on the person behind me then when asked by someone that works here to check me in he says I'm busy his busy is sitting sipping water. This place is a joke

Got in and out, they kept my vehicle for a week. And now I'm having a problem with the same system I took it in for. It's still under warranty, but I must find the time to take it back!

Don't waste your time on this place . Just take your business to the orland park Ford dealer. Service department doesn't want to help anyone out, been a customer here for years and they just keep getting worse. Always gave them the benefit of the doubt bc I'm a local.... Ha ha jokes on me. What a shame. This place will never get another cent out of me.

Seems this place just keeps getting worse. Reception is still very slow. No people, my car was done, and the receptionist walked out to her car on her phone. Very unprofessional location. I paid for the works and they did not top off fluids, nor did they rotate my tires. Last free service, so last time I will be bringing it in. If you ever get a car from this location, adding free oil change is not a perk.

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE. If I could rate this location a ZERO I would. It's unacceptable the experience my family and I had. The lack of professionalism is just the beginning of my trouble. I'm writing letters to corporate and getting legal involved as well. My car sat on this lot for 11 months (since 8/2022) and when I went to pick up my vehicle today, 7/19/2023 the last check Napleton received for over $2,600 for the additional repairs was NOT COMPLETED. They received payments totaling $6,095.27 and today provided me with a receipt STAMPED, SIGNED, AND DATED JUN 19,2023 for $3,901.45.The service agent Amber, had the AUDACITY to pull a racial stunt with my husband after he questioned her telling us there was a brand new battery put in my car, when the car was dead as a door knob on their lot. Someone FORGED MY SIGNATURE and signed Power Of Attorney paperwork authorizing the release of a payment and when I told her that's not my signature AMBER proceeded to give attitude and state it had to be because it was signed. The payment was for the amount of $2,666.26, that was for the repairs of my brakes, tie rod, trunk latch, and everything else that was placed on estimate. HOW ABOUT MY CAR WAS NEVER REPAIRED. THE CHECK WAS NOT CASHED AND SITTING ON MY FILE WHEN I GOT THERE, CONFIRMING NO WORK ON MY VEHICLE WAS COMPLETED. THE BRAKES ARE STILL PULSATING, THE TRUNK LATCH WAS NOT REPAIRED, AND NAPLETON FORD WAS OKAY WITH ME LEAVING BECAUSE THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT THE MONEY TO BEGIN WITH. AMBER S. had the nerve to tell my husband "okay now this is getting awkward" and . . .and I asked WHY? Because we are black? Because I watched her be so nice, FRIENDLY and smiley with every individual who didn't look like us that came in. She argued and raised her voice at my husband for at least 5 minutes, turning red, and pulling the "you're getting aggressive card" because my husband is black and questioned the Dusty battery that sat in my vehicle, AFTER WE WERE TOLD 7/1/2023 by Roger a new battery would be put in and sorry for the inconvenience. AMBER S. then and yell at him telling him to NOT TALK TO THE FORD SERVICE REPAIRMAN who came to put the new battery in(who told my husband that was an old battery and it didn't have any power which is why the reader he hooked up to the battery did NOTHING. The NEGLIGENCE and amount of disrespect shown by these people is horrible. A manager, Roger then came out and said he will take car of it and put a new battery in the car because he too verified this was not a new battery, and the work was NOT done as they stated would be done on 7/1/2023. I have my, STILL NOT DRIVABLE VEHICLE parked in front of my house, that I am having moved to a different FORD location and I am never looking back to this place again. If I dropped the names of all the HORRIBLE people who I've dealt with at this location it would be a shame, however, my lawyers will be in contact. There is NO EXCUSE for the service I received and it's a disgrace that we still live in a world where people pull the race card when they have done their job ineffectively. All I kept hearing today way "sorry"....I DONT ACCEPT ANY APOLOGIES. My vehicle was not repaired, I'm still out of a vehicle and my experience was HORRIBLE. On 6/30/2023 at 2:03pm Ken Klein called me to tell me there would be a LEIN put on my vehicle and the car would be town away because I "cleary did not want it" since it had not been picked up. HOW ABOUT I OWN MY CAR. YOU CAN NOT TAKE MY CAR BECAUSE FORD DID NOT MAKE REPAIRS.I came From Fargo, North Dakota and Luther Family Ford NEVER mishandled my vehicle- that's the only Ford my car has seen since purchase date. Napleton Ford of Oak Lawn should be ASHAMED. I should have kept driving when I first seen this place.

DO NOT go to this dealer if you are an inexperienced buyer. My saleperson tried to overcharge for a lojack, then didn't even install it. Went back and forth over a few days being told I did purchase the lojack, then I was told I didnt? Also when I asked for an out the door price the salesperson didn't even calculate sales tax correctly. Lots of red flags from this place. When confronting her about this issue my saleperson just denied everything and acted clueless. Really unprofessional they couldn't give me a straight answer. It took a week of playing phone tag with these people to get some answers.Thanks to the manager Lewis, who was genuinely helpful, a lot of "false information" given by the salesperson was cleared up. Still didnt get a full refund for the lojack, because it wasn't listed as an accessory on the bill of sale, even though the out the door offer listed the lojack included with the total price. Pretty scummy thing to pull in my opinion. Definitely not ever coming here again. I really wish I chose a different dealership to do business with.

Took my 2014 Ford explorer in for repairs on 5/11/23. Advised that my concern was loud noise when stopping and accelerating. Technician advised that it was both front outer tie rods which cost well over $3000. Picked up my vehicle on 5/13 and noticed still having same issues. Contacted my service advisor and he advised that the loud noise was coming from a leak in water pump. Noise was unbearable so decided to take my truck to Fox Ford. The technician there and service was A+. Tech actually drove the vehicle vs the tech at Napleton just speculating. The issue was within transmission which cost me $3800 to repair. The truck is running excellent thanks to Fox Ford. Roughly had to spend over $7k to get my concern resolved. Talked with management at Oaklawn Ford they cannot help me can only offer me $200 off my next service.......our they kidding!!! I would never recommend this dealership.

Always take my car there for all my oil changes. Very professional. The only thing I had to wait longer then usual an hour and 15 min cause they were over booked . The guy asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told him no why when I had an appointment.
