Great friendly staff who made my blood draw quick and painless! Lots of laughter in this office, everyone is trying their hardest while quite overwhelmed. Be patient and follow instructions and you’ll have 0 issues here.

ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!! And this is review is specifically for 2 employees! One is an African American woman with a tattoo behind her right ear wears pink glasses with a wax job for a hair do and the other where’s a hijab both gen z says it all here we go.. I arrived at 2:50pm and they close at 4pm with 2 people in waiting room my doctor faxed my order over approx 11am when I arrived the woman with the tattoo behind her right ear called me back snobby attitude from the start and I am a highly courteous person to all Taps on keyboard and tells me she doesn’t see my order I call my doctor immediately and within seconds my doctor confirms the fax was sent and confirmed it was received she and requested to speak with her she refused and told me to sit in the waiting room while she supposedly looked for my order while taking other patients the entire time my doctor on the phone patiently waiting and resent the order 5 more times you there no one to talk to besides a door so we wait she returns to get another patient I then tell her my doctor want to speak with her she says there’s no order and walks away my doctor and I both are now upset however we have to still wait I finally catch the woman in the hijab and she takes me back and talks to my doctor explains it needs to go to a different number(something I should have been told by tattoo) but then pulls the order up My doctor is still on the phone and tell her she’s rescinding the fax with a update and the hijab woman says we’re closed now I have to come back tomorrow……….. these 2 have no business in the medical field whatsoever and note during that time there was a another patient Hispanic and was having issues signing in to computer for appointment asked tattoo for help and she RUDELY belittled him by saying what you can’t read and then walked over and talked down to him saying see push this answer that self explanatory and walked away he had a look of disbelief on his face so did I. I inform supervisor and my doctor wants to talk to them as well whoever reads this redirect your mind and go elsewhere anywhere except quest diagnostics…

My grandaughter had a standing 6 month appt at the end of last year. No issues doc. got the results within a day or 2 very good service. My grand son has a 6 month standing appt.currently. They never send the results to the doctor i have to chase them down or the doctors office does. It seems like they have new employees this time around. They seem to be rather abrupt and not very helpful with questions. I guess the good help moves on.

Please do yourself a favor and go to any other quest. I received a text alert that my doctor send an order over and they got it. When I went there the lady who called us back asked where our order was and said she didn't have it in their system, which was incorrect but whatever I was moved back to the waiting room to Call my doctor and have him fax it again which he did immediately. She said it could take a day before they see it, so now my kids gotta miss out on school cuz this order was rushed for him and she wouldn't take us. I'm pregnant and hormonal and I was just balling in the waiting room which didn't help but she just looked at me like I was insane. We left. Got the order sent to Orland Park after calling my doctor for a third time and we'll be going Friday, I'll probably have nothing but good things to report about them as I've never had an issue in Orland before. Thanks for ruining our day and wasting my time instead of helping figure out where the order went after confirming with quest it was received. I even had the actual fax receipt showing the order but she said I needed to print it. Help a lady out. Let me send it and get it printed. Soooooo annoyed. Update: Orland Park was great and found the order right away using my doctors name instead of my son's... Maybe a suggestion for Oak Lawn instead of wasting our time and gas money. Thanks!

Beyond rude employees. I go as a walk in, they had NO ONE and an employee tried to take us and the other ladies told her not to. They still had over 40 minutes before closing. One of them then told me to wait and she’ll ask the other lady, I wait 20 minutes but they come at 4pm and tell me they’re closed and can’t help me.

Awesome place for a test. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Paperwork is not, no problem they fix it with you.The office is on the ground floor don't go in the elevator...

Very disappointed in the processing of tests. Had the center answered the phone over the last week, I would know what to expect. I scheduled an appointment, only to be told to order the test from ANOTHER website, and essentially forfeit my appointment time for another day. Unacceptable!

I had an emergency that made me late for my appointment. I tried repeatedly to call and let them know. I Googled them until I found what was supposed to be the direct number. I was not able to either get my call answered or leave a message. When I arrived I was turned away because I was late. There weren't any employees to talk to, just a computer kiosk. No way was I rescheduling when their own policy is to allow walk ins. I would have left them a zero except the phlebotomist was wonderful. She had to search the computer for my Dr's order, she was kind and polite and really great the whole time. Shewas also great at drawing blood.If it were not for Iliyanna ( spelling?)I would look for another lab. I will probably give them another chance because she was the best

Here for over an hour and 2 people have been called. You can hear all the employees talking and laughing in the office while all the patients are getting inpatient in the waiting room. Not run efficiently at all. Supposed to open at 7am, but they didn't start taking people till almost 8.

There isn't anyone to answer the phone for questions. Then calling the customer service number will have you on hold for 20 minutes. When I got to the location i signed in without an appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen. When I asked the nurse when was my turn she told me she didn't know it's based on whatever the checking kiosk does, appointments are priority. I then made an appointment at 10:30 and she said I was still considered a walk-in. The lobby cleared out twice and I sat watching the number of patients being seen go up and down. I don't know why I had such an issue Friday morning. I've always done walk-in and NEVER EVER waited longer than 20 minutes. When they were upstairs the staff was wonderful. Looks like they have all new people who are horrible. The lady didn't even read back my name to make sure she had everything correct. And I didn't think about it until I got home.

I am writing this as I sit in my car after another horrible experience in the last two weeks by two different people. They close at 4. Last time I came at about 3:41. I was told they don’t take anyone after 3:40 but they took me. The woman was so rude in her demeanor towards me as if I did something personally offensive to her. Today I got there at 3:33. Again they said they weren’t taking anyone but took me because I put myself on a waitlist because maybe someone else had an appt who wouldn’t show up. So they took me. Again it was as if I personally did something wrong to this person. I will do anything I can in the future not to use this quest. I used to like the people here. I almost always had the same woman. These new staff need to learn how to work with people. Especially people getting bloodwork for diseases. Horrible.

The phlebotomist was very kind and extremely good at her job! I did not even feel a pitch and was comfortable the whole time. It was also very quick. This was literally the best blood draw I’ve ever had!
