The cashier at was extremely rude and I am very disappointed and probably won’t ever order here again. She asked what I ordered and I tried to say bacon and as soon as I did she cut me off and said “no, I said which sandwich”. There are so many nicer ways to go about it. I am a manager and find it completely unacceptable. Very rude woman with blonde wavy hair and was wearing glasses.

Simple delivery instruction..call when at the door. the more i order delivery and they dont follow a simple instruction, the less tip i put online.. i tip tiny online and give the real tip in person but since they are too lazy to dial a number when they arrive. They dont get the cash tip.

Ordered in advance for a pickup. My order was not ready more than 20 minutes after the desired pickup time. When I requested a refund because my order STILL wasn’t ready then refused the refund even though they did not hold up their end of ensuring the order was ready within the desired timeframe. Also, the cashier did not acknowledge those standing in line who had already paid for orders in advanced. She only checked out customers who were walking in placing their orders. Management needs to provide better customer service and accommodate their customers when they are causing the inconvenience.

I get potbelly a lot and this was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from a potbelly. The sandwich makers are very nice and welcoming.

Placed an order this evening. Tried to use the"perks" coupon. One free cookie. I order a big size sandwich, soup, chips. On the app, I couldn't use the "perks" coupon. Kept telling me I didn't order what needed to be ordered! Really? Anyway, if I'm ordering again, why put a restriction on using the perk? You didn't give it to me just to give it to me. I actually EARNED IT for ordering times before! It wasn't expired!!! Always has to be a catch to using a coupon!!!! SMH

I love this Potbelly location but today my sandwiches were not good at all missing flavor and i asked for extra peppers and extra onion I got none. I was really craving potbelly :(

The owner need to re-evaluate his worker that handles the drive through. She is not welcoming at all, the other workers are nice! I am a huge fan of potbelly’s, it’s disappointing w the service this lady provides, she makes this potbelly location bad. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in.

As a former employee at Potbelly lin evergreen park I walked into this potbelly as a customer and to a very much more comfortable and peaceful environment with very welcoming and nice employees unlike walking into mean and toxic people employees in evergreen park as an employee nonetheless oak lawn potbelly is a lot more pleasant than Evergreen Park Potbelly.Kid-friendliness: The sandwich shop is even more welcoming for kids.

Placed an order through UberEats, and had a total of 3 different drivers that cancelled. Called restaurant to find out what happened. The female that answered knew my name and order before I could even say it. She said the first guy picked up the order, and they sent two other drivers there afterwards. So obviously the first driver stole the food, which is why they sent the other two drivers. Before I could even ask any further questions, she had a disgusting attitude and said “TAKE IT UP WITH UBER EATS.” I asked if there can verify that the driver swipes that they picked up the order before handing it to the driver to prevent theft, as this was the 2nd time a driver had stolen food from this location, and she got real snippy and said “NO, WE JUST MAKE THE FOOD AND SEND IT OUT,” with no sympathy for the customers who order and get their food stolen as if I did something wrong. You pay all this money for food -$41, just to have not only the driver steal your food and cancel the order, and the workers have an attitude when you ask a simple question. The customer service is TRASH. I was unable to catch her name, but the guy who stole my food is Durell who according to the app drives a Tesla. No wonder he has such horrible ratings - 86%, which is very low for UberEats, especially with almost 400 orders. I’m sure he’s done this before to several others.

Ordered a sandwichon Potbelly in Oak Lawn. In the instructions, I asked to be called when the food arrives, left phone number. got text saying Muhammid is on his way with my food. Five minutes later I get another text saying my food was delivered. No food was delivered. Call Potbelly and was told by the manager Natasia that I can't receive a refund until later tonight because her general manager has to do it. Crazy how quick they take your money but replacing it is another issue. Would NEVER order from this place again. Still hunger.
