Love our neighborhood Petco because of the team members. They all have been great. Never have I ever had any concerns of them being unfriendly or lacking knowledge of any questions, I may have. Keep up the great work guys!

They have a 24 hour cancelation policy on grooming appointment but every time I make an appointment my appointment gets cancel less than an hour prior to my appointment time the text me with the cancelation without any explanation and will not answer the phone when I called and don't call back when a message is left unprofessional inconsiderate of my time because each time I was on my way there and having to turn around was very upsetting so I will not make another appointment there just to get canceled an hour prior to my appointment

Sue helped me with all my question on the phone today, she is a very humble genuine person very caring and deserves 10 stars not just 5!!! Thank you!

Awesome store. They have way higher quality product than their big box competitor (we all know who that is lol) I wouldn't say they are the cheapest place but the quality is there if your anything like myself who tries to give their animals quality products. The cashier Brid or Brig (couldn't hear her) but it's short for Bridgette is absolutely fantastic! She is by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever delt with in a Pet store. I will without a doubt change this location store to be my new dedicated pet store for the reason of quality product and Bridgette's customer service. She deserves a raise for sure ! She's nice, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable ! She even helped me find better products than the one I chose and gave me a few options knowing my goal is to give my dog quality prodict 5/5 stars. Would definitely recommend!
