I call when I arrive and tell them about Jax and they greet me at the door and escort me through the store along the sides where there are no other doggies. “I am a loyal customer here. Their grooming service are the best. Nicky is my Groomer for my dogs. She's awesome. So kind & sweet to them. My dog is difficult to get her nails clipped. The Vet had to sedate her and my dog suffered for it. I tried it here and met Nicky who was great. Now she's gone. Ruby who is new here was able to calm my dog get her nails done fast with no sedation or problems.That's how good she was. All their staff is great! I'm glad I can keep coming here for my dogs grooming needs!”
