Mr Palmer and his team are very personable and care about you as well as your vehicle. They don’t see you as a number, and show that they want to help as much as they can with the situation. My vehicle is in brand new shape like it had just came off the lot! The communication, efficiency, and overall process was amazing! I even received my car two weeks prior to the date said to be complete! I would recommend this business to anyone!

Palmer Collision Experts is the place to go. Dropped off my car last week and was ready in under a week. Mr. Palmer is very welcoming and understanding. No problems at all, also cleaned the interior of the car as well. Place to go!!

We have been using Palmer collision for about 20 years now. The quality of work is outstanding, but what stands out is the customer service. It’s never fun having to repair vehicles for whatever reason but Palmer collision makes it a lot less painful.
