If you want a honest salesman Steve Barrix is your man. I had the pleasure of purchasing my Toyota 4runner with the help of Steve. He reminded me of great grandfather. Steve is kind, friendly and truly a professional at his craft!! I would definitely do business again with Toyota! My experience was absolutely wonderful!!

I took my vehicle in that I had serviced there previously (I bought it there). It was making a HORRIBLE noise. I told them I thought it was the heat shield. They said they couldn't find anything wrong. Took it somewhere else and, lo and behold, it was the heat shield.
Of course, OL Toyota charge us a diagnostic fee.
Needless to say, we won't be going back if they couldn't figure out something so simple when I literally told them what was wrong.

My dad bought a used Rav 4 and unfortunately there was something wrong with the car from the get go. The GM and Bob Spee worked hard to make it right. We ended up buying a new Rav4. Will post pictures soon

Liz in sales was absolutely amazing. Such a nice friendly dealership. They are not pushy or overbearing. One of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had. The gentleman in the finance office was wonderful as well.

Another excellent experience at Oak Lawn Toyota; I had to get several costly repairs done and they offered to discount a couple of items. They got everything done as quickly as possible and kept me advised on how things were going. I've greatly appreciated how they're always willing to work with customers, recommend only what really needs to be done, and are so friendly. I've done business with them for the last 20 years, and they've been consistently great.
