I have been going there for over 20 yrs. I've never had any problem with any of the staff and the doctors are knowledgable caring and through. Some of the best.

As a new patient my overall experience with the staff has been one of the worst I have ever had! First of all, getting a hold of anyone at the office is a challenge! They NEVER pick up the phone. The voicemail states that they will follow up by the end of the day but that is NOT TRUE! They don't get back to you till days later! I should not have ignored that red flag! On the day of my appointment the front staff was rude. When you first walk in they don't even greet you. You are taking time away from their phones and/or personal conversations! I gave this review a one star because at least my experience with the Doctor and the assistant was pleasant but that was it. When the nurse followed up with my lab results not only was she RUDE but she was talking over me when I asked about other labs I had done previously basically calling me a liar by saying "No", "No", like she knew my history better than me when I've never met her. She claimed that all of results came back normal but that wasn't true. Some results were abnormal!! AVOID this place at all COSTS! This is the kind of place that will miss communicating something important about your health until it is too late. It is a shame that the minority of medical offices/doctors are actually good and have your best interest.

This place totally screwed me over. As many have said, the front desk people are atrocious. I made an appointment 4 weeks in advance and took time off work to make the appointment only to be turned away to what seemed to possibly be a clerical error although I'm not sure I received a satisfactory or truthful explanation. Also, if what the front desk people told me is true, a big F. U. to Dr. Gajda. Apparently if you don't go there often enough they deactivate your patient status and you have to beg to be taken back. Funny; my dentist never does that. Not sure if this is all doctors or just Dr. Gajda but you would think a medical doctor would be happy if you don't have any medical problems for a few years. It was 4 years. I wonder what is the cut off time for my health? Would not recommend.

The doctors here are outstanding. The nursing staff is slow to respond to messages (via patient portal) and are late to call you with test results. The office staff can be difficult at times but I guess that's what happens after awhile. Why do I say this? I had a two hour test performed at their on site lab. This means that I had an extended wait/observation time in their waiting room. I was troubled by the number of people that come in and fly off the handle for minor issues. I can see why the staff can get frustrated. Hey, get your shit together before you come in and start yelling at the women working the desk. Anyway, as I said, the doctors are great (Dr. Gadja rocks). The nurses are not the greatest. Give the office staff some slack.

Very rude nurses and staff. They could care less about your health and are only worried about your money. I've never seen the doctor within an hour of my appointment time. You're better off going anywhere else

Yelp had me worried, but I had my first appointment yesterday and was super impressed by everyone at Lawn Medical. The front desk was welcoming and helpful, the nurses kind and hardworking, and the doctor a wealth of information and concern. Accessibility issues were my only concern. Inside the building everything was first rate!!!

Very kind and my tests were done in no time. Doctor was responsive and gave me a list of tasks to prevent my issue from becoming worse

I love my Dr there but the front desk staff needs a training course on how to deal with the public, who I may add are sick when they come in usually.

lets start off by saying I've been a patient of this facility for over 20 years only because I love my doctor, on 6/27/19 the nurse called me to come in to see my DR. because he wrote me a script for a refill and he wanted to see me, so upon my arrival I spoke with the receptionist I explained to her that I got a call to come in today but I'm unable to pay my co-pay today due me the recent lost of my job and that I would be able to pay it on the 15th of July, well she said I have to talk to my manager to see it its ok, I said I didn't make the appointment for today the nurse called me, the office manager came out in front of all the patients and said if your unable to pay until the 15th then you should leave and schedule your appointment for that date. I HAD A MELT DOWN,I asked to speak to my nurse or my DR she denied me of both I started screaming and saying I've never missed a copay out of over 20 years of coming here she says well you told the clerk you was not going to pay it , why would I do that I said that's not what happen I again started screaming , she said lets go to the back and talk I said no you embarrassed me here in front of all the patients lets finish here she goes on to say I'm sorry I thought you said you was not going to pay again I said you did not instead of here coming too me asking what the problem was she just jumped all over me, The customer service is terrible they should all be retrained , I end of leaving without see the DR. because I was so upset. I give the clinic a big fat NEG 5

I've never used yelp to review a doctors office or a doctor. But today I kind of had a strange experience. I called to check on a referral. I was transferred to the referral department and spoke with Kristel as I started my explanation as to why I was calling she immediately cut me off and asked me for my birthdate. She continued to ask me for my first name and in a snotty manner tells me to spell it. Ultimately the referral was taken care of but not before my morning was ruined because someone who answered the phone was having a bad day or maybe just had a poor attitude. I would recommend upon answering your "referral hotline" you start with "Good morning may I have your name and date of birth please". I am able to speak up for myself but it concerns me that there may be people who are very sick or elderly that can't or don't speak up for themselves and therefore are held at the mercy of the "professional" on the other side of the phone. As for the front desk, Marge, you could stand to be more friendly.

Front desk workers who check you in are horrible. Very rude and ill mannered. It's a shame patients have to deal with this before seeing their doctor. And it's not just one, it's all of them. I've dealt with the snarky attitudes from all of the front desk attendants. The Doctors, nurses, and lab technicians are great though! Just beware of the front desk

I would give zero stars if I could! Overall a very very bad experience. Poor communication with all the unlicensed office staff. You are forced to leave a voicemail and communicate with these individuals to make appointments and request referrals if you have the HMO. I had medical assistants Telling me that my 3 yr old doesn't need a Dr. appointment and hanging up on me without me having a nebulizer for him after they sent the nebulizer perscription to the pharmacy electronically. I Do NOT recommend!! I am an RN and would not recommend this office.

Same as everyone else. Don't answer phone. When you finally get through to leave a message takes forever to get back to you. Doctor doesn't like for you to complain about her nurse instead of taking care of the problem tells you to find a new doctor after being a patient for over 10-12 years. Ended up in the emergency room since they couldn't return a call that was placed early am on a Friday. Found a good doctor and staff that didn't rush me out after 15 minutes for the next patient

Dr. Hosso-Cooper is my primary physician. She is wonderful, always fits me in when I am sick. The nursing staff is always friendly and helpful. The front desk is also very competent . I have been treated by the staff at Lawn Medical, for over 15 years, and I have NEVER had a problem.

Terrible, snarky office staff. They take their time calling you back if you cannot get in the portal. The physician assistant was rude as well. In addition the hours of the office are limited to 8-5, M-F, no evenings available if you have a job. Maybe they should work on customer service because it is lacking in this office.
