Another office discriminating against people with state insurance. How can you see the doctor only during the morning hours if you have to work. But others with private insurance can schedule appointments anytime. How is that legal.

Repetitive cancelation. Not ideal for young patients using Medcaid, as it felt that they avoid those patients by only doing morning appts. Then the office canceling the appts, with no flexibility for working parents and FT students. Especially, you inform them that your child is missing school for this appt. That they canceled an hour before.

Great experience from the moment I walked in! Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Dr Austin made sure all my questions were answered and was extremely informative. I felt comfortable the whole time and like I was in great hands. There is an amazing team here!

I have brought my daughter to this location for her yearly exam for the last 4 years and have always been very happy with their services to her, She has never needed glasses, so her appointments are fairly short. I finally scheduled an appointment for myself and am EXTREMELY pleased with everything from the booking process, to picking up my glasses. I wasn't able to enter my insurance online, but the rep from the office was able to help me complete the process over the phone. The front desk person was inviting and polite and was actually the person that started my exam and offered photos of my eyes, explaining it was an option not covered by my insurance and telling the cost up-front. Dr. Austin was very professional and patient, explaining everything about my eye exam and what options were available to me. When it came time to select frames for my new glasses, Geron was so patient and helpful, also walking me through all of the options and upgrades, not over selling or pushing me into a price I wasn't comfortable with. He helped me to pick a pair that I liked and worked well for my face. They sent an email when my glasses were ready for pick-up. I went in and my glasses were perfect, no need for resizing, although the friendly woman at the desk was ready to do just that, if needed. Honestly a stellar place for quick, polite and professional services!

We had two appointments this Wednesday it took a month and half for it and the front office lady left me a message on Tuesday and CANCELLED IT! She’s like to bad you didn’t confirm with us so we replaced you. Rude and unprofessional I said don’t, I am coming and she no you are not cause we cancelled it and someone else is coming. Wow just WOW doctor is awesome and it’s sad he has staff like that working negatively turning Away clients.

My appointment was made over a month and half ago and they cancelled it for tomorrow!! They wanted confirmation even though I haven't missed an appointment in two years. I told them I am coming in and they said no your not. We cancelled it and your child. My husband went last week and it took him over 30 minutes to get there and they sent him away cause he forgot his insurance card instead of letting him email or text it after his appointment. Very disappointed expected the same service as the previous years but they must have change their staff.Would not give any stars if that was an option.

Horrible service lady cancelled my appointment cause she can. I told her I am coming and she's like no your not we replace you with someone else. Must be the same lady that said in March there is no appointment until May then a week later I called and they saw my sons right away in beginning of April. Now I have to find a new doctor office that doesn't have to be 2 stars to beat this place.

I had a terrible experience here. I scratched my eye taking my contacts out and had blurry vision for several days after the injury. I wanted to see an eye Dr to get some eye drops and to see if it was infected. The receptionists and assistant said they took my insurance three separate times. When I went to pay, the billing specialist said they were wrong and they did not take my insurance. I also had problems with the Optometrist. He said I had permanent eye damage and I needed a procedure to remove a scar from my cornea. I said I did not feel comfortable with him performing this procedure, which I am very glad I said at this point. I went to an Opthalmologist later and he said I did not have permanent eye damage and it would heal on it's own. I spoke with the manager of myeyedr several times and she has not gotten back to me about my complaints. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend going here.

The appt sign in was easy, the staff was great, helping me find the best deal while still offering what I needed and the doctor explained everything I needed to know about my vision, along with a proper follow up

This was my first time at Myeyedr. The employees are nice, polite. I had an issue with my glasses.I had to take them back three times before they were made correctly. I have been wearing glasses for years. First problem my lens were not made with progressive they were single vision, second problem my anti glare made my lens look purple and purple reflection. I was told that was the most expensive anti glare. Third my lens were not transitions. Now, this happens every-time I went to pick them up. Eye exam was in May finally in July I picked up my glasses. Still not happy with them the nose pads leave marks on my upper bridge of my nose. Had to take them back they put soft pads. I will not go back to get glasses and I will not recommend this place. honestly after the second issues I wanted my money back. They said no refund. Another thing I did not like was that I was charged $29 for eyewear protection without asking me. This was my fault for not carefully reviewing my receipt.

Very friendly staff at this location. Gerom is amazing. He is the only person I know that can bend the frames so they fit perfectly around my ears so they don’t slide down the bridge of my nose! Everyone is friendly, helpful and the eye doctors are VERY thorough.

First off the glasses took for ever 8week. Then when I call the young Latina lady at the desk she said I did not have to call that some one will call me. I got the app my eye doctor I said the glasses was in when I got there to pick up my glasses they had my len in a different frame I told the Latina lady these are the wrong glasses she said they where the right glasses my wife saide no my glasses was a torquis brown then the Latina lady say you want me to pop the len or and put it in the brown frame I said .she walk over to the display case which have been try on by lots of customers .and put the len in the torquis brown frame when I try the glasses on they was stretch so far out of shape they kept falling off my face I went in there today and had the man that Adjust my glasses to tighten them he did I pad 545doll for new glasses that was not new at all they where a display frame I fell use and rip off because they where not new . I said good bye to the young Latina lady at the desk she mumble something and strated swaying here head back and forth wrong glasses

The customer service was terrible. The woman that assisted me stated that her shift was over and she was thinking of passing me on to another employee, this was before we got started with the transaction. She ended up staying to help me with my purchase but tried to push the frames that cost the most and added additional products without my consent. Then when I tried to go over the price breakdown to see why the glasses cost so much she was hesitant and asked me to wait. Ultimately, I ended up asking for a print out of coverage. Initially I was told that I didn't have an allowance for anything, only a 40% discount which was untrue. After finally looking at the print out of coverage, We were able bring the price down a bit but they still charged to much for lenses. Even with in-network insurance coverage I walked out paying more than I have ever paid anywhere else. I won't return to this clinic again.

There was multiple situations that they never informed me of. They used my wrong insurance which I never gave them. They never asked me which insurance to use. Apparently I was not up for anything on my old insurance but I could have at least been able to make a decision on what to do with that information instead of blindly paying for something I didn't need.
