“I came in the store on friday the 15th, and initially, received some of the worst customer service i have ever received in my life by, Mosie or Moses. He was not even wearing a name tag. Incredibly unprofessional and lazy, he basically admits to me that he just does not feel like making another call to help the customer. He turns over to his co worker, and asks acting-manager, Lauryn, if he can walk away from our conversation. Thank god she said yes. She came over and politely asked how she could help me; she went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service and solved my problem, which had to be solved in store as there appeared to have an attempt at fraud on my account, a problem her unprofessional co worker couldn’t be bothered to look into further. Lauryn deserves a Raise! She turned a terrible experience into a positive one, and saved your store four stars. 10/10 for Lauryn’s survey that day!”

The in store pick up could use a little more warmth and helpfulness. Tell these drive up persons they're very appreciated. Store has a good selection and usually I find all I have on my list.”
