Came in in Sept to see Dr Lim thinking, oh he will want me to have surgery for my neck. Well, he didnt, he wanted me to do physical therapy and reassess in 3 months. Saw him again in December, i feel great after PT. Did not have to have surgery. Thank you

Be careful with them with it comes to payment. During my visit, I was given no choice and had to take an Xray, which I just took one prior and they did not want to use. I expressed my concerns, but there was no solution provided. The staff member told me clearly that all of this is "billed" into the services. I again expressed, I don't want any additional payments.....Well, shortly later, a bill comes!Now the trick is they ask/force you to put your credit card on file.....But it is a bit more than that. They have FULL access to charge your card at any time. This is so unfair because, they sent me a bill that is due on the 20th, which does not take into account, allowing me to determine how I...again I would like to pay MY bill. They have no idea if I sent in a check, paid online, was bringing in my payment, etc. I tried calling and no one was in so I decided to complete a review. Honestly at this point, there is no solution to this. This action is beyond automatic billing. If anything, at all, anyone’s credit card should be charged 2 weeks after no payment has been received. This would take into account any lag time, etc.

One of the Doctors from here did my daughter’s surgery. How ever she has primary and secondary insurance. Before the surgery the Doctor requested a $1000 deposit a day before the surgery. We paid it. Now we are getting bills. They have not billed the secondary insurance they used the $1000 as a payment not a deposit. They keep saying they are going to submit the bill to the secondary insurance. However my card keeps getting charged and they want even stop the payments until they figure out what the bill is. So if you have a primary and secondary insurance just pay attention to your bill.

Dr Lim and his staff are amazing. I waited in total 5 mins that include wait time for my ex-ray. Best service ever I wish I could rate them higher

Had an appt for an office visit, they are in-network for my insurance and I paid the office co-pay upon arrival. They then informed me that they would not see my daughter unless we also put a credit card on file with an open-ended preauthorization for any "additional" charges, so we ended up having to leave w/o seeing a doctor. For-profit medical care in this country is a complete dumpster fire.

Dr. Mayekar is wonderful as are all of the staff we have encountered at MOC, both locations. Everyone is caring, polite and professional. Unfortunately, there were no parking spots available at the Oak Lawn office. Not an issue for us as the patient had a hand injury however, if walking is difficult this could pose a problem. Additionally, on 2 different occasions we have not been seen until 1 hour after our appointment time.

My very first contact was Ms. Brenda of the office first setting up my portal and she knows everything; then Dr. George & his assistant Dr. Tom; then Dr. Garras and his assistant doctor and then Dr. Lin regarding my knee, my pinched nerve, my ankle and then Scoliosis. Checking in and out was very easy and every person there is kind! Waiting room comfortable and even parking very convenient. THEY ARE ALL WONDERFUL. We patients are so lucky! Thank you very much! Just a pleasure! Therapy really helps and EXERCISE!

Dr. Branovacki was a godsend. I'd gone to 2 other surgeons, but he's the best choice. Personable and a sense of humor too!

My appointment got canceled while I was there because no one wanted to call and request for my reports that were ready, so I called while waiting and handed them the phone. Nevertheless they got the report and still rescheduled me. Poor Service!!! Thnks for wasting my time!!!

When I visited Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants to see Dr. James Leonard for my shoulder problems, I was kind of prepared to accept that surgery might be recommended by Dr. Leonard, because I already had MRI done in my shoulder that showed one (1) full tear and one (1) partial tear in my shoulder ligaments. But to my surprise Dr. Leonard didn't recommend surgery based on his assessment and review of the MRI and x-ray. After hearing Dr. Leonard's medical opinion and assessment, I concluded in my mind that Dr. Leonard practices his profession with a very strong MEDICAL ETHICS. Because if Dr. Leonard didn't have good medical ethics he would have immediately recommended surgery for obvious reason. That's why on a Scale of 1-10 I'm giving Dr. Leonard a BIG 10. Thank you Dr. Leonard.

I've seen Dr. Stanford twice, and had a great experience both times! She sees me promptly, has a great bedside manner, and fully addresses the issue at hand.

They made ME waited 40 mins in the room. Ridiculous. The DR WAS EXCELLENT..THE GIRL IN THE FRONT CINDY B. SHE SHOULDN'T BE IN THE FRONT SHE GOT SOME PROBLEM TALKING TO PEOPLE VERY IMPROFESSIONAL. SHE NEED SOME MANNER HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE IN FRONT.. I WON'T GO BACK..

I arrived 20 minutes early for my appt.had to wait in a long line to check in when I got to the desk I was told I was late for my appointment & had to reschedule needless to say I never saw Dr.Lim as I will never be back

Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr Mayekar was also friendly, cheerful and professional. She made me feel well taken care of, explained everything and was very gentle when she gave me my injection. Between the staff and Dr Mayekar, I was made to feel at ease, comfortable and satisfied with my diagnosis and treatment.
