Horrible service horrible people works here i show them phone if it’s compatible to work on prepaid they put sim and checked they said everything working good than i buy sim and internet was not working than they said we are responsible for that so i try to buy phone which was compatible for this sim card so they refuse it and i ask for refund they said we can’t give you phone and refund so don’t make mistake to choose this store if you like tmobile go somewhere else

Staff members helped a ton. Also had to talk to a T-Mobile representative on the phone while there. I’m no time I had line added, connected and directed to go ahead and activate my other phones with no sim and was ready to go. Overall, T mobile is my choice for 7 years now. Price never changed! I’ve also added a home internet and so far, I’m really happy with that as well.

Went to pick up a phone ordered through a warranty claim by the 95th and Western store’s technician. The lady there refused to give us the phone and cancelled the order because she insisted there was something in the charging port but wouldn’t care to check it herself. She said “her store” would “take a hit” for giving us the phone. Had to take it back to 95th and Western where they AGAIN agreed the phone was defective and ordered another phone to be delivered there. That woman was on a total power trip. Horrible customer service there. Do yourselves a favor and just go straight to the 95th and Western store since it’s a corporate store and they hold themselves to higher standards than the franchisees.

I needed a new phone and it was very last minute, so I walked up the Tmobile closest to my place. Geraldine was the associate who took care of me and she could not have been any more patient and nice. I needed to transfer all my info over and she was very accommodating, even though just that part took almost an hour she didn't seem at all bothered. There was also another associate whos name I didn't grab (she had pink in her hair) that was helping and taking care of another guest that had a lot of questions and they all were so nice and willing to explain every question. I would definitely recommend these associates and location and I would definitely go back in the future.

Came in to switch from an old Sprint plan to t-mobile and keep my phone number. Even though I was the only customer in the store the 4 employees couldn't be bothered to help me. Stated it would be better if I went to Verizon if I wanted to keep my phone number.

The staff was nice and friendly but didn't know how to resolve my problem. Went to another vendor in Calumet City called Wholesale Accessories and this guy new immediately how to fix my software problems without losing any data in my appl or text messages

I'm super impressed. I stopped by to get a new sim card to switch over my phone from sprint to Tmobile service. I had the pleasure to have seen Victoria the service representative. She made everything so easy and she was really nice. Also she was very knowledgeable about everything. Also she answered all of my questions regarding not only the transfer over but also all of my questions. I was very lucky to have chosen this location to stop at. Needless to say I will not go to any other store location as long as I can get this kind of wonderful service. Thank you very much for making it a very enjoyable experience.

Worst customer service ever. While I was speaking to one of the sale associates the manager was standing over his neck giving him all the answers in a rude way. She was speaking to her associate and the customer in a disrespectful way. I am a long term Sprint customer with over ten years of tenure, so when T mobile merge with them I tried to give it a chance however is all about taking your money with T Mobile and they are not concerned with how the customer feels. My phone was stolen and I needed a new one to communicate, so I got a new one. My first mistake was going to that store, horrible customer service, please don’t go to that store if you value good customer service.

Call before you go they don't keep a lot of stock which sucks. Also they have about half the phones that you can buy online. The curly haired lady in there has such an awful attitude. So bad to the point I wont even do business with her. Try a better location

I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know that this was the best Metro T-Mobile store we have been to...Shayene (I hope I spelled her name right...if not, I'm so sorry!) is one of the best reps we have had the pleasure of working with. She was BEYOND helpful and patient. You really have an excellent staff member in her! Please pass this along to her and give her the recognition she deserves!

This is the best Metro store in Chicago! All the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. This is the only store that I will be going to in the future
