I’ve been at this Meinicke for a couple years now. Have had brake job, fixed exhaust, oil change and now window fixed after electric motor latch off. One of the things I look for in a shop that doesn’t try to find “extra” stuff that will raise the cost. First 3 times I came here was exactly that - a shop I can trust to just fix what I ask for — this last time though they looked for things I didn’t ask and said recommended repair ( extremely high price too) - of course I declined and they didn’t push which was good - so I’ll give another go since it’s been mostly very good here - the repairs have been cost friendly, done in very timely fashion and great customer service - so hopefully this “find something I didn’t ask for” was a one time thing .. I like this place and prefer not to have to find another

On Tuesday, I took my truck to Meineke for an A/C flush and recharge. I spoke with Mr. Jamal about the issues I was having. After conducting a thorough inspection, he was able to pinpoint and resolve the problem efficiently. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of vehicle maintenance. The service was professional and reliable.

rip offs people, I dropped my car there to check out the engine light issue, they call me saying the car needs to replace evap purge control solenoid and this will cost $1400 (863 part + 483 labor) then I back to the shop to pick up my car ,I told him I can't afford that amount now ,then he charged me $160 for diagnostic without solving the issue (he promised its Free of Charge when I dropped my car)!!!! after that I went to another local auto repair shop to check the car issue, he told the car needs to replace evap purge control solenoid and will charge me $350 out the door (200 part from dealer + 150 Labor) !!! which is way cheaper !!! around $1000 !!!! I'm shocked!!! Be aware Be aware of this shop

Recently I had an issue with my GMC SIERRA shaking when you break. Took it to a local shop and $1500 later they replaced almost every braking component in the front and the issue still persisted. Frustrated and 2 weeks later I decided to take it here. The staff and the mechanic are professional and had it ready in 2 days. The issue was the back brakes and bow it drives perfect and like new. Highly recommended this shop. Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs. Thank you
