Briana helped me and i picked up a new queen size mattress. When i stepped in the store and met her i told her i am looking for non expensive mattress. She didnt push me out of my budget and she didn't shame or insult me for my choices or needs. She was patient, easy to talk and kind to my wife. Highly recommend Briana and the shop. I came in the last minute on a Saturday Night and even though that was the case, Briana still answered the door and was there to great me with a smile. I told her the kind of bed I had been sleeping on for the past 13+ years, plus addressed what health issues i have that affect my sleep and she showed me the beds that would cater to my needs. Any questions I had were answered politely and professionally. She made the process very easy and i was pleased by her service and attentiveness. Thank you very much for letting me in just a half hour before closing and staying a little later to finalize the transaction. Great Job Briana!!!

we went to a different location before this one and we where looking for easy to take home that day mattress. he was very nice and gave us recommendations on which location to go to that might benefit us more. we make it to this location to find out the other guy from the previous store called ahead to tell them about us coming so they would be ready with what we where looking for the minute we walk in the store. this store the salsemen was very polite not pushy at all and helped us find the mattress best for us. 100/10 recommend if looking for great prices too and great customer service :)

The salesman Peter was very courteous and patient with me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable on the mattresses and explained and demonstrated the firmness of each one we were interested in. We will definitely come back.

Peter was fantastic! He is a throwback to salesmen with dedication and product knowledge from yesteryear. We were torn between a few different mattresses and he helped us narrow it down to one and give us the best possible deal. I let him know it’s for a spare bedroom where my elderly mother will be staying, and he took it under serious consideration when offering his feedback best mattresses for older folks who suffer arthritis. He was so personable and friendly and in such a caring, genuine way. Go to this store! Run don’t walk. This mattress is so comfortable we couldn’t even wait to put the sheets on it! It is also cat approved. :-)
