This is by far the WORST place I have ever shopped at. I have found multiple things expired and the smoothie bar is either not open or the person is missing! I’d call the store and they’d say it’s open and when I come in on my lunch breaks there’s no one in sight and NO-ONE HELPS! The sticker in the picture is there different hours of the day! I’m always left dissatisfied and frustrated.

1st I had been at Mariano's in Orland- I had decorations & such picked out for cake was gonna look Beautiful! Then found out couldn't have a pic I wanted on it- So I called OLawn n the person I spoke with said "Yeah any pic! Sooo I rushed over there put my order in for a hlf sheet custom cake { 1 color, 2 fillings - when she rang it up I was flabbergasted at $59.99!!! So I thought well obviously prices went up! { NOOOOO THE EMPLOYEES OF 2DAY DONT LISTEN! OHHH WONDER IT WAS $59.99 IT WASNT A HLF SHEET!!!!! So I tried to complain to the manager n she tried to keep saying it was hlf sheet!! I said I shouldn't even have to pay for all this cause I DIDNT ASK FOR THIS! Her answer was -Well at least you'll have cake left over! Lord I picked up that cake n SWORE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT 1 IN OAK LAWN! LOOOORD IF THIS IS HLF SHEET I' LL EAT EVERY PIECE!! { My brother came over n said where's the army?!!! THATS HOW MUCH CAKE THERE IS!!!! ?

My nephews birthday cake was nasty it was more icing than cake the red icing tasted like straight dye and the strawberries in the filling tasted like they'd gone bad

This place has fallen apart. There's a huge line, a massive storm coming, and they don't have a single line with a person open. Just a massive self check out line. See the video for proof.

ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW: Some handicap spaces by each door. Flat entrance (no steps) with electron doors. Although it is AMAZING that this store offers Electronic Convenience Vehicles. IT IS SO HARD TO NAVIGATE THIS STORE! The lobby of the store is impossible to get to the ECVs due to the constant flow of foot traffic and abled people getting their carts. Once you are on the ECV, you can't drive it anywhere. People are entering and exiting from both doors, employees are trying to return carts . . . HORRIBLE LAYOUT. The store is filled with stocking carts, crates and displays that make it incredibly difficult to navigate. If you are a vegetarian and have to ride a ECV, forget about it! The entire aisle of frozen plant-based food is filled with sticking carts for online pick-up orders. You can/t drive down the aisle, EVER! The ECVs TURN OFF if you drive them too far into the parking lot, but without enough handicap spots, sometimes differently-abled people have to park deep in the parking lot!

Terrible store layout. Items that fall into the same category are scattered throughout the store in different locations. The prices are outrageous. 1 slice of turtle pie $8.99. A tiny container of potato salad nearly $10.00. Lobster Mac and Cheese $9.99 for a quantity that barely covers the bottom of the container with a couple niblets of imitation Lobster. An entire section of pre-made meals that are $12.99 each for tiny portions. No one buys them because of the price and then they are marked down a dollar when they are set to expire in a day. Outrageous pricing on bakery items. A deli with irritable employees that refuse to cut lunchmeat to your preference. I'm single and make 185k a year but refuse to pay those ridiculous prices. I feel sorry for the seniors living on social security that are paying those outrageous prices. Its cheaper to eat out every night than go through the trouble of buying groceries.

Trying to navigate the aisles obstructed with displays, stocking carts left there along with boxes of merchandise is ridiculous.

I called to ask for prices on chocolate covered strawberries. I was transferred 5 times and no one was able to provide the information. Customer service is terrible and employees/managers are not knowledgeable on products sold in store.

Love the gelato and the hot foods section. Kinda lacking on good gluten-free options these days, specifically for mac-and-cheese, pancake mix, and breads.
If you're looking for prepared food or a widespread assortment of products this is the place for you.
If you're keen on gluten-free stuff like I am, then Aldi's might be better for you.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was carrying several items in a food container and as a result of this an employee falsely accused me of stealing. I was so blind sighted by this incident as I was not stealing and I don’t even know what caused her to believe this as I was not even done checking out yet. She embarrassed me in front of everyone in the store by calling me a thief and called for security. I asked the manager for her name and he did not want to tell me. I also suggested that we go look at the cameras together so they can show me where I was stealing which they also did not agree to (because I wasn’t and they were very clearly in the wrong). This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional! I was only trying to do my shopping and buy soup and was instead harassed by an employee, falsely accused of a crime, embarrassed in front of everyone, and treated very poorly. I have been a Mariano’s customer for years but this was really disappointing as I was not deserving of this treatment at all and was most likely an act of discrimination. I would give 0 stars if I could.
