“I needed a label to be printed for my package that needed to be sent by today. Their printer was down, and despite how busy their store was getting near closing time, they still were able to handle all the customers after me and get in contact with their printers service provider to get that fixed so that I could ship my package. They even stayed after hours just to ensure I was taken care of. Best service I’ve ever had at a UPS store!”

“Our business has had a mailbox at Chicago Lockbox for a few years. One location to drop off and collect mail/shipments as well as buy a box, envelope, etc is a great time saver. They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.”

“I think most people get online to give reviews when they are angry, but fewer get on when they're happy. I just want to share my experience at this store:
I'm a regular customer, I've even paid for a personal mailbox at this location. The two staff members cared to learn my name. They are friendly, greet me when I come in, and add that old-school personal touch that one only hears about.
Even when they are very busy (which is often), they are courteous and respectful. I've seen customers come in who didn't follow the return instructions on their labels (some packages require the *customer* to do the packing while others the store does), but the staff don't lose their cool, even when the customer gets angry and sarcastic.
I've seen them bend over backwards to try and help customers figure out their last-minute needs.
I know that I enter and leave this store smiling every single time.
All in all, I'm a loyal customer and will remain so as long as I'm living in the area.”

“Coming to this location has not always been easy... However I'm leaving this stellar review for Dennis. He is quick, efficient, and has an amazing attitude. Best employee I've met here by far. I had to drop off a package with some items from a loved one who passed away. So when I came in I wasn't feeling too great. Dennis is incredibly knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing with this very important package. Thank you!”
“This location has workers that every storefront would like to have. They are so helpful and make things go so easy every time I go. They are bilingual and some of the best workers I have encountered. Would really like to have them work for my storefront at a really good pay.
