I'm an early shopper so every visit is welcoming. The employees recognize me as a regular except one person who didn't want to honor the prices I've paid with other employees. However after discussion he did. I'll take my business elsewhere or shop on days I'll get a fair price. That's just me!

Easily spotted if you're driving down Cicero Ave, Famous V & T has a good selection of refillable and disposable vapes, juice, hookah and other smoking accessories, MUCH better quality items and customer service than Smokers Haven that is about 3 blocks north. My last two visits have been exceptional compared to the store I was using previously (and only because it was closest to me, Famous V&T is worth the extra few blocks walk). Famous V&T seems to constantly have legitimate sales and nearly every department or brand that may have "lured" ( for lack of a more innocuous term, lbs) you there in the first place. There offer a hassle free, safe rewards program that offers $5 credit for every $100 spent. I've had only one bad customer service experience, in May 2022. I have not seen that employee since. My friends and neighbor use this establishment and like me all of their recent other customer- employee encounters have been stellar as well. I have been ately served by Sam, a friendly, and professionally knowledgeable worker.Over all I highly recommend this place for local vaping and smoking needs. P.S. while many electronic devices and accessories have warranty cards that you should always take the 2 minutes to fill out, Famous V &T, like most store like it, have a no returns of policy. I will continue to update with more experiences. Please excuse any typos or similar grammatical errors.
