I cannot believe this facility is rated as highly as it is. It’s really unfortunate because Dr. Rybka himself is a fine doctor and my problem has never been with his care of me or my family but the office staff and some of the nursing staff make the rest of my experience with this facility HELL. They are unresponsive, rude and careless with your needs and information. My family has dealt with so many issues that have led to retesting and calling and physically having to go to the office to get information or have it sent that we are now actively looking at other general practitioners.

I moved, had to change my care provider for context.I thought it would be rude of me to expect them to accommodate me based my travel time and large possibilities of being late. My whole family has been coming to this office since it first opened a million years ago. When I asked for a call back in a voice-mail regarding scheduling and updates, if I owed any bills, and explaining my circumstances. I received no feedback.I went to log into the app that was finally working well after a rocky start for the first 3 years, and my account was deactivated. So now I have no access to my records for myself or to provide my new doctor. I would like to think my records I am entitled to.So, word of the wise, everything you say is taken literally. And if you want the cut and dry without feedback other than that, here's your best place to go.If you're attempting to get to know the office / business side, it is not personable. The doctors? Wonderful! Love the nurses and doctors, they have the best I can ever hope for. Changing providers literally was a gut wrenching decision I did not want to make. The business side is strictly dead & cold cut. Don't expect personality, favors, or collaboration. Just the: "This is how it is and how we do business, deal with it." It's like night and day difference when compared to those treating you. I just wish I had SOMETHING to go off of for feedback. No communication at all.Again the people side for the nurses and doctors, I love them, truly, hence why my review is 3 stars. But the business side is a -2 stars out of 5 compared to the medical side being a 7 out of 5.

Doctors are really nice and on time, but this is now the 4th time I've needed something-- Dr didn't submit my prescription to Walgreens after a visit-- and there is no way to get a hold of anybody at the office. Over 24 hrs of leaving a message on the patient portal, called and left 2 messages today and NO RESPONSE. It's absolutely insane and it's so frustrating. You can literally not talk to anyone no matter how many times you call and when you leave a message (on the online portal, on the nurse's line, or on the 'press 0' operator line) nobody gets back to you. I needed that medication for a trip tomorrow morning and even after an in person dr visit yesterday evening and 3 messages explaining the urgency, I will not have it. Blows my mind. And it's happened before. Including the time they gave me a referral for an xray on the wrong leg and I had to wait days for a fixed referral. I don't know who is supposed to be checking the messages, but they are not being checked. And leaving messages seems to be your only option :(

My experience has not been great and I took too long to stop going to this place. When you are busy, going to the doctor every few months is not an option. Why would anyone want that? Especially for standard prescriptions. Previous doctors would not make me come in every few months but Sczigac does. Or when I am there, she doesn’t review and renew them….you think she is but no… a month later your prescription will be approved for one and then you are expected to come back in. I played these games last year, but not this year. What gets me is that she will not approve my medication that I had from the get go unless I come in, but she had no problem pushing new prescriptions on me numerous times. I even ended up with a few new ones that had extreme side affects and cause withdrawal symptoms.I would rate this place as absolutely horrible.

I have been going to Lawn Medical for over 20 years. I absolutely love my doctor ( Dr. Z) and her staff. I do notice there is a lot of turnover at the front desk but my experience with them has been good.

I have been going here for years and have referred many friends. I love my doctor but it is impossible to speak with someone to schedule an appointment. When I do get through, they advise me to schedule through the patient portal next time. The issue with the portal is you have a window you need to schedule within. They do return calls but in my line of work I cannot take a call at a random time of the day. Again, the doctors and nurses are amazing but the scheduling system and communication with the front desk definitely need improvement.

?SCAM ALWERT‼️DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Aside from the staff being rude and either rushing you or taking extremely long, Dr Cooper does not care about her patients. I had to physically go to the office to try to schedule an appointment because it is impossible to get a call back. I took my mother for blood work and sat for over an hour waiting for her to be called; why schedule appointments at 10 if you won’t be ready until 11? Aside from being greedy, that makes no sense and just shows how little they value their patient’s time.I was dropped from the practice because I did not schedule my annual check up in 2021; when I finally got a call back, Mary rudely informed me that Dr Cooper herself said they would not take me back because I was dropped due to me not paying a bill. First of all, I always paid the little $25 copay, I would never go to collections for something so minuscule. Second, this directly conflicts with the initial reason I was told I was dropped which was from missing an appointment; so how can I be charged for something I never scheduled nor attended? It appears this office just charges things to patient’s insurance, so watch out as they WILL try to scam insurance money at your expense.I have relayed this to my mother, sister and others who actually recommended this place to me years ago. Dr Cooper has lost 5 patients as of today; word of mouth is powerful, treat people better. I will tell everyone I know in the area to STAY AWAY.

My only complaint is the front desk, but isn't this the case at all doctor's offices? I don't know why, but I try really hard to be super sweet & kind to them. My doctor, the nurses, and the lab techs are all amazing. I have never had issues using the portal and find that this helps to avoid bothering the front desk.

I have been going there for over 20 yrs. I've never had any problem with any of the staff and the doctors are knowledgable caring and through. Some of the best.

my aunt was using Lawn Medical and had really great experiences with them. I have had some mixed experiences. it can be very difficult to make appointments, including trying to use the online patient portal. my doctor, Anna Scigacz, brought up the idea of getting weight loss surgery the very first time I ever met her and that just felt very presumptious and like she was not interested in my own care concerns. It also took a lot of work to try and find psychiatric help in my insurance network despite asking many times. I had an emergency experience and needed a referral to an opthomologist and the office was very helpful in that situation. the office even called a few days later to check that I was safe, which really impressed me. they used to do labwork in house, but now they don't offer it and you'll need to find another location to get blood drawn. It's super close to where I live and despite some setbacks, I have gotten good care over the years.

Dr Zamojski is the kindest Dr. I have ever had she is warm individual and has real compassion for her patients.Plus she believes in vitamins and trying natural remedies along with traditional medicine. She listens to her patients.

My doctor was great but getting an appointment is difficult and then they randomly cancel on you and don’t offer the same appointment in a reasonable time frame. I’m changing doctors. They’re too busy to care for the patients they have.

Although I have never had an issue with any doctor at this facility, the communication between patients and staff is arguably horrible. You will always be required to leave a message as opposed to speaking to someone during business hours, always leading to a delay in communication despite the fact that leaving messages is for “sick patients or urgent matters.” This delay and lack of communication has led to errors and miscommunications that shouldn’t have happened to begin with and shouldn’t be excusable. Currently going on over a day without a call back. Will not be returning to this office, not worth it.

As a new patient my overall experience with the staff has been one of the worst I have ever had! First of all, getting a hold of anyone at the office is a challenge! They NEVER pick up the phone. The voicemail states that they will follow up by the end of the day but that is NOT TRUE! They don't get back to you till days later! I should not have ignored that red flag! On the day of my appointment the front staff was rude. When you first walk in they don't even greet you. You are taking time away from their phones and/or personal conversations! I gave this review a one star because at least my experience with the Doctor and the assistant was pleasant but that was it. When the nurse followed up with my lab results not only was she RUDE but she was talking over me when I asked about other labs I had done previously basically calling me a liar by saying "No", "No", like she knew my history better than me when I've never met her. She claimed that all of results came back normal but that wasn't true. Some results were abnormal!! AVOID this place at all COSTS! This is the kind of place that will miss communicating something important about your health until it is too late. It is a shame that the minority of medical offices/doctors are actually good and have your best interest.
