Agents like Jim Arnold don't get the reputation they have by going it alone. Jim's staff have been more than helpful to me and my family for nearly 20 years. Highly professional and honest while easy to discuss any insurance matter. I recommend the agency.

The office never gets back to me in a timely matter. I've been waiting on a quote for about 2 months now yet to get it.Second, someone should change the website that matches the voicemail box. Website says they're open till 9:00 to 6:00. The voicemail says they're there till 2:00 on Fridays?!.?!.

I've had State Farm forever! Terri is super helpful and knowledgeable, I always have questions for her! She bends over backwards to make sure her clients are taken care of. She makes sure she explains everything thoroughly when I don't understand something.

We have been dealing with Mr. Arnold for ten years. I called to get extra insurance (endorsement on service sewer lines outside our home), and his employee (Terry) assumed we were trying to do something fraudulent. I explained to her that I understood how insurance works and that I would never apply for insurance coverage after the property was damaged. That is criminal, and my freedom is priceless. But, Terry assumed we were trying to apply for insurance when a disaster occurred. And that is not the case. So, I decided to take my business somewhere else.

I’ve been a long time customer and love dealing with Terri. She’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and explains all the options. State Farm should have more people like her!

Only the best agent around. But the staff is actually the best. Ask for Terri, she knows everything

I have been with this office for 32+ years, they sent us a letter to inform us they dropped our Homeowners Insurance because our garage burnt down in 2019 then Aug. 10th 2020 the tornado damaged our house roof and gutters, 2 claims in 6 years is too many....why did we pay into Insurance then? It's sickening how fast you don't mean a darn thing to a company you've been with for so many years.

It all started when I first filed a claim. My car was parked in a parking garage at a hospital because my son had just had heart surgery. A hospital employee struck my vehicle, but was kind and responsible enough to exchange information by leaving a note on my windshield. After I reached out to State Farm, they stated that my policy bad gone unpaid and that I now had a lapse in coverage through no fault of my own. The older woman on the phone stated that they had never received payment which made no sense to me because my settings were set on Autopay. After I voiced my right to start shopping around for another insurance provider she coerced me into staying. She said that if I left and found another insurance provider then she would report me to her governing body revealing that I had had a lapse in coverage (which was not my fault to begin with), but that if I stayed, she wouldn't report me and my premium would remain unaffected. I was incensed, but I had no choice but to stay. Two years later, I begin shopping around and come across another insurance provider just north on SW Hway. They notify me that not only can I save $300 but that for the past 109 months I show no lapse in coverage! It says my record is clean and there are no issues. So, State Farm lied to me to keep my business!! This is despicable! The only reason I am writing this review is because they are up to their old tricks again. I canceled my policy with them May 27th, 2020, yet this morning I just received a charge on my credit card for a service they are no longer providing to me. On top of that, I have been trying to call their office for weeks and always straight to voicemail. I've never been treated so poorly in my life by a firm in recent memory. I hope they do the right thing and refund me my money which they unlawfully took! Buyers please beware. Here's my policy number E64 4921 F11 13. Fix it please!
